Ordered online, two months later and it never arrived. Finally called and asked what what going on and they said that they didn’t haven’t in stock so I asked why they never reached out to tell me that and the woman just ignored me. She said they would cancel the order and issue a refund. I asked again why they wouldn’t at least call to tell me and she just said, “you’ll see the refund appear tomorrow”. Not even an apology.

They are rude, careless and irresponsible. No other shipping methods are offered other than USPS. They won't even provide tracking info for your order. My package was lost and KCP had no answers.. I lost a lot of money. Just stay away from this business.

I have been purchasing herbs from Crane West for a few years and want to write a review to show my appreciation for the great service they provide. Their website for practitioners is super easy to use, they pack and ship the herbs to you the very same day and I receive the herbs within two days. If I ever need any help they are always available to speak to over the phone, extremely courteous and helpful. It's wonderful to have the reassurance of such a proficient service that I can rely on for my practice.
