It has the basics. The stretching area feels like a jail cell and everyone is on top of each other. The hot tub fits like 2 people maximum. If you give them your contact information they will blow up your phone to the point it feels like harassment. As a personal trainer myself, this place is a hard pass.

Great gym with standard weightlifting equipment, although a bit dated. We did a drop-in pass while traveling for $15. The sauna is a nice bonus. Wish they had more squat and barbell racks.

Great gym, nice people. Does get crowded sometimes, you have to time your workouts so you don’t run into traffic.

Pros: It has the essentials for lifting and it seems like it gets cleaned every day so that's good. They also offer towels and individual spray bottles which is good. I think the managers/owners must care, and that's the important thing. Cons: 1. kind of feels like a high school weight room, maybe because it's constantly full of high schoolers. No really it feels like you're in the produce section at the community market with all of the broccoli haircuts in this place. They have poor etiquette (as most high schoolers do), and love to crowd around the bench to take turns failing 1 rep max with too much weight for an hour at a time every day so nobody else gets a chance to use the equipment. 2. There's 5 chest training stations (2 hammer strength chest press, 1 matrix chest press, incline bb bench, flat bb bench,) not including DBs, but no hack squat and only one leg press worth using. Please keep an eye on the upright leg press, seriously I've seen like 1 person use it - the range of motion is so limited and the stack is too easy to max for most younger athletic folks. That leaves very limited machinery/racks for leg training. 2. Many people don't wipe down 3. Most of the machines are matrix which I find to have wonky range of motion but maybe that's me so I'm keeping it out of my rating. 4. Just kind of small and crowded during busy hours. 5. Smith machine glides needs some attention My suggestions to make it better: 1. Move towel station to right inside the door to encourage people to grab a towel and spray bottle on their way in. 2. Replace either the matrix machine press, upright leg press, or one of the hammer strength machines with a solid hack squat machine 3. The smith machine could use some servicing, it's not supposed to have that much friction

I was a member for close to 25 years.Great spirit of collegiality pervades the place. Conversations ensue and I had some wonderful times connecting with other people there!I never saw people at CC trippin over their egos or making people feel uncomfortable..All in all, a wonderful place for body, mind, and soul!

I've been working out for most of my life and been in many gyms. Coach's corner completely redesigned itself right before covid brand new equipment brand new fitness rooms could not be more pleased. Absolutely excellent place to go if you are just beginning if you are looking to do a little bit of working out or you want to get serious about your training. Biking classes exercise classes machines free weights the whole nine yards. Owner and staff are great. Been going there on and off for 20 years brought my son up in that gym it's a great place to be.

The gym is very tiny, the equipment is okay. The membership pricing is too expensive for the quality of the gym.You can get more amenities and equipment at 24 or anytime for the same price or actually cheaper. Also the management here is ehh okay not very helpful with a lot of stuff
