I have been getting oil changes, tire rotations and more at Benedetti for years, they have GREAT customer service and work done has been excellent! Thanks to all who work there! Highly recommend them and feel they can be trusted with everything they do.

I had my oil changed and purchased tires. Staff was very friendly and professional. Received outstanding service, chose their business based on previous comments I read. I am from out of town and would recommend this establishment to other customers.

Called this place at 4pm on a Monday due to the splash guard on my car falling down. Not only were able to fix it quickly on short notice, but they also didn't charge me a cent. Excellent customer service and also honest, which is rare in mechanics. Highly recommend.

I am not paid to say this, nor am I a friend or relative of Benedetti Tire Service. Everytime I get my car serviced I am always so grateful for the competent care and courteous customer service. Today I just had a slow leak in a tire fixed, done in less than one hour and charged a very low fee. Companies like this really make doing business a pleasure. Thank you Benedetti!!!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so kind. I truly feel that my car is being taken care when I drop it off. I never feel that I'm being taking advantage of. The employees are honest, respectful and hard working. I come all the way from Mill Valley to get my car serviced here. I don't think I could go anywhere else because my experience here has been so positive! Thank you Benetti!

2009 Nissan Armada they installed tires on me and they damaged 2 sensors and they also damaged my rim and they still charged me to replace them and they ordered them to come back and they installed them on the back of my Nissan and then when I took the truck for maintenance what happened? Changing the position of the tires vibrated so much that it couldn't be handled and I took it to another tire shop and surprise that they were out of balance, only 2 tires were very bad work.

$50 to tell me I didn't need an alignment... I was told by one individual that the truck would be inspected and if it didn't need an alignment there wouldn't be a charge for the alignment. Only to have it inspected, told it didn't need an alignment and charged half the damn price of an alignment. $50 (for an alignment check)I will not be coming back and will be telling my fellow first responder colleagues to stay away. Waste of time and money! I could've taken my truck to just about any alignment place in town for a free inspection. Garbage!
