ATM is walk up or drive up. Lobby is clean and tellers are friendly. Parking lot is big. Easy in & out

Terrible customer service, kept me and my father waiting for a over 30 minutes. Prudence kept looking our way knowing we were waiting for her and continue to ignore us.

Called about 6 times today. No answer. And the local branch, a 30 minute trip, is only open 2 days a week.
