This small shop has some beautiful jewelry. I bought 2 rings there. I have never seen a orange garnet. It is my birth stone and I love the unusual color. The shop has many unusually gorgeous pieces. The prices are reasonable.

I have been buying jewelry here for my family, partners, and myself here for years. They always have fun and unique pieces with a nice range of prices. I'm pretty picky about what jewelry I choose and often go to Artisana to find the right thing for Myself or anyone I need a gift for.

Overpriced jewlery and sh*tty customer service. Employees are generally rude, but the most recent time I went in was the worst. Super snotty, probably new girl with mid length brown hair. Referred me to a different tray of jewlery that had "lower-priced pieces", after I asked to see the opals. Not friendly at all and condescending. I understand when people aren't dressed to a certain standard, employees have the tendency to look down on them. Owners of artisana: your employees are discouraging me from spending money at your store, a place where I generally like to shop for gifts.

I have been shopping at Artisana for the last 15 years and I am consistently impressed with their selection of beautiful and unique jewelry, home goods, and generally wonderful things. I no longer live in Sonoma County, but I was visiting recently (and bought the most stunning bracelet!) and mentioned that two pairs of earrings I had purchased at least 10 years ago and had worn into the ground had broken. Tej and Mari offered to help coordinate the repair with the original artist and generously covered the cost on this occasion. I received my earrings in the mail today and they are perfectly fixed and I am looking forward to wearing them soon. I will continue to shop at Artisana, not only because of their well curated and excellent selection, but also to support a shop that provides kind and thoughtful service and supports sustainability.

Best place for jewelry in all of Sonoma County! The store is beautiful, always full of fresh flowers and helpful staff who remember you and even what your partner's style is if you've been in a few times before! They have two huge binders of wish lists so you can look up someone if you have no idea what to get them. So happy to have them around!!

I have been coming here for at least 7 years now. This last July, I used a gift certificate I'd been holding onto since December while they were having their sidewalk sale. I wound up purchasing an incredibly beautiful pair of earrings, and a really lovely vase and had to come out of pocket $2. Not bad. I shop here for gifts for friends and family, and was happy to finally be able to get a little something for myself (at someone else's expense even!). In my experiences of the last many years, the people working here are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'd LOVE to be able to afford their really high-end jewelry, because they have some incredibly unique and beautiful pieces, but for now, I'll stick to what I can afford and continue to support this business.

Artisana is one of my absolute favorite places to both window shop and spend money. I buy gifts there for Mom, Dad, friends, relatives, teachers, you name it. They carry journals and graphite writing tools for Dad, bags and vases for Mom, coffee mugs for co-workers, and of course jewelry at every price point and in every style. Coming through Sebastopol? Don't miss this small town shop with big city appeal.
