I had a great experience today with Dr. Waldo at Animal Kingdom. My Harley had a swollen ear and per usual the vet we use was once again was booked out a week plus. I decided then a new vet was in order. I read the reviews of Animal Kingdom and figured I’d give them a shot. I called and they were able to get us in same day and offered an affordable office visit fee. Harley and I showed up a few minutes early. We were in a room within minutes and the doctor came in shortly after. Dr. Waldo was personable, a straight shooter, and genuinely showed an interest in animal medicine. He appears to be someone who takes pride in having mastered his craft.
Long story short, I think our family of 5 canines may be making a move from our current vet over to Animal Kingdom.

Staff is pleasant and friendly. Dr. Waldo takes his time explaining things and makes sure you understand what’s going on. Highly recommend!

Dr. Waldo is very kind and patient. I first went here for vaccines for a local training center (my other vet couldn't get me in under 8 weeks) and he was so kind to my dog, I switched. I have 2 Rotties who are now 130-150lbs and he loves them. Most people shy away just because of size and stereotypes- even his staff at first, but not Dr. Waldo. And he doesn't try to get you to do what he feels is unnecessary. He is responsive and explains his reasoning and understanding. I will be switching my huskies over to his care too!

I brought my dog here and had a great experience. Then, I brought my aunt's dog here, who has been going to the other vet in town for years, as they gave a terrible medication for her heart murmur. Waldo is amazing and the ladies at the front desk are too. He gave my aunt's dog more years to her life! There is a reason why Dr Waldo has his own practice. He knows what he's doing.

A really great group of people who fixed up my baby. They were able to take her after an injury and stitch her up. She is healing nicely.

I went there because . my friend goes there. To sum it up, I've changed to another vet.
They are nice, but not attentive or caring. I've had my rescue for a couple weeks, with no background and Dr. Waldo did a limited exam and said she was fine.
Since her first visit, my pup had an allergic reaction to the shots the techs gave her. I took her to the ER. I haven't heard anything from the Dr. I thought she had a bladder infection, the front kinda took care of it by my badgering. I found out , she's in heat. I still haven't heard from the doctor.
Uncompassionate , uncaring office and Dr. I should have known by his name, Waldo. ??
I wrote him an email, still no calls or responses. Very disappointed and upset.
My puppy is still having problems since her allergic reaction from the shots. Still no response or concern from Dr. Waldo.
I'm going to voice this to social media and spread the word.

They have been so helpful to us regarding all the difficulties of trying to get all the documents ready for our doggie to be sent to New Zealand. If we move back to California in the future we will use Animal Kingdom again for all veterinary services.

Best vet I've been to. My dog means a lot to me and I wanted to have the best so far prices have been fair and treatment has been effective.

I recently moved here. My vet where I lived before was amazing. I've taken my cat here twice and have not yet met the vet. What made me very sad/disappointed was the attitude of the staff! The lady walked out from the back office with my cat and when the front desk person had asked her if they cut his back nails she was incredibly rude about it . Furthermore they told me the vet could not look at my cat's neck wound "because he hissed at the vet " I found this hilarious !! How shocking !! A cat hissed at the vet's office !! Overall, I miss his vet and staff back in Miami. I won't be going back here
