I'm only leaving one star because it will not allow me to leave a review otherwise This past Friday, September 10th 2021, my brother purchased in cash a car from Sandy Castaldo . My brother suffers from MS which has attacked not only his central nervous system but has left him physically & intellectually disabled, sadly leaving him the comprehension of a ten year old. This was a person who holds a double masters in literature , was a teacher for over 20 years and prior to that was a police officer as well as a tri-athlete. When you meet my brother, it is more than obvious that not only does he have physical impairments but that he has a mental impairment as well. I understand that times have been hard for everyone since Covid but I do believe that Sandy was well aware of his impairments and chose to do a sale with him regardless of those impairments. He believed that the car was $8000. which was the sale price on the contract , then was told it would be $9100. but when he walked out the door he had paid just under $10 grand. Can you tell me what the added $1900. cost was Sandy? In CA state buyers remorse has a two day cancellation which would have given him until close on Monday because the dealership is closed on Sunday. When Juan called on Saturday he was talked out from returning his car by Sandy. On Monday my father called and was told by Sandy that there is nothing she can do about it. It was a cash deal and it's final. When she spoke with my brother on Monday she stated that she could take the car back on consignment (?!) but that they would take a percentage. When I spoke with Sandy this morning she said she had told my brother that they would take the car back for $8000. so I'm very confused Sandy, you tell my father one thing, my brother another and me something entirely different. Sandy has shown a lack of compassion as well as a lack of moral and ethical standards. Hugely disappointed by her tone of voice and her refusal to understand what my father and I tried to convey.

First things first, I did *not* end up buying a car here. That being said, the customer service I received while checking one out, and for the test drive, all the way up til I left the lot having decided not to purchase it, was stellar. Sandy was the nice lady who helped me out, she answered all of my questions, provided a carfax for me to look at while I decided, and clarified a couple detailed questions I had. Super friendly to talk with, very nice low pressure atmosphere, and helpful start-to-finish. I know when I am ready to purchase a vehicle I'll certainly be looking at their online inventory, which was up to date and had all the good info. Thanks!
