On 8/7/23 I was at the check cashing place. The two ladies that work in there are awesome!!! I don't remember their names. But they are very professional and helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got the money I needed asap. Thank you

If there was a way to add a no star I'd leave it. I went about a month ago to verify the process of sending money (mind you this was actually for a very important donation out to El Salvador's indigenous elderly) the woman at the cashier has zero customer service skills, was literally chatting away with someone who was inside another office or room in there to the right. A man came in behind me and the cashier still did not address me at all but actually began a conversation to with the man behind me instead! Terrible I was waiting there literally like I was non existent. Finally the cashier addressed me after a bit and she informed me it's best to send cash so that I don't get charged a process fee and then just pay in credit card if I would like for the transaction. (I have trouble processing information but I still understand directions) but she definitely suggested to use cash to send out whatever amount you'd like so for instance if you she said "send out $10 they charge $5 and so on". Whatever it was she was trying to explain (which I would find out later what she meant to explain was there's an additional credit card processing fee apart from the service fee) she definitely suggested use cash to pay and transfer etc. I went in on the following Thursday which that was December 9th to be exact. I literally wonder who in this company hired Letty. She was on a personal call when I came (very stupid on her end to do that and think I could not hear, literally some of us have hyper senses where some of us can literally hear more sounds than others even faint ones that may not be heard by the average person) and she looked annoyed that I was there (probably annoyed I disrupted her personal call) the reason I could tell is because she literally said to the person "ok I'll talk to you later someone's here now" and although she tried playing it off I obviously heard it. I am just saying at least don't be that stupid, play it off smile and simply say "I'll be right with you". Review continued on the following screenshots since Yelp limits characters...

I love this place. Friends/family often ask why don't I do my banking at one of the typical banking institutions and my answer is; because I've never received the friendly and high quality customer service as I do from Letty, Maricruz & Blanca! They know my name and though I'm sure they follow their company procedures they already remember my identifiers. If I have special or out of the ordinary requests, they always follow through with assistance. Thank you

Terrible customer service! I went in to pay a bill. The person helping me was rude as all hell. The place was empty when I walked in but the two people couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation with each other to greet me. I gave her my card and told her I'm paying a bill and gave her the amount. She was having difficulty understanding the task and was giving me all the attitude because she couldn't figure it out. The cherry on the cake is they had no problem being friendly with the Hispanic person who came in after me...I'd drop her name but she wasn't wearing a name tag. Her teammate Blanca was though. This just happened 6/8/21 around 3:30-4pm. Do better or find a job that doesn't make you a miserable person.

This company is misleading and racially biased. They pick and choose customers to charge fees and to offer service you have to be any other ethnicity other than African American to receive service.

There was young Latina working on Friday around 3pm...forgot her name but she was very professional and courteous. She was fast and efficient processing my Western Union transaction. Faster than money gram and Western Union kiosks for same price!

The lady here is so rude. There was no reason not to help us with our Western Union transaction. We took our information to another location and had no problem. I asked at the second shop we went to if there was any reason that it would be invalid and they said no, so I believe the employee was being discriminatory.

They really act like their doing you a favor they have attitude and don't know how to say "thank you" after you give them your business. There's a better place on Fremont Blvd called Advance America.
