Once again, Walgreens's has failed. After waiting in the drive thru line for 45 minutes, I finally made it to the window to find they filled the wrong medication.

Worst pharmacy experience I've had. Slow, inefficient, no acknowledgement of their challenges. One register open, and the guy literally hand searched hundreds of prescriptions for twenty minutes trying to find a person's prescription while the queue gradually built up. It would be funny if it weren't awful :(

Everyone (except Liz ) at the pharmacy really needs some training ! They are extremely rude, I was on hold for over an hour , the worst part of it is they just answer the phone but don’t even say if they can place you on hold , how unprofessional is that !!I had to record this , because there is noo way they constantly did this for over an hour and not have time to answer the phone , or simply say “may I place you on hold “They also claim the medicine will be ready at a specific time , and you get there at they say it’s not ready to come back in 30min , yeeet you come back hours later and it still ISNT READY !!Update :PLEASE GIVE LIZ A RAISE because she got on top of it right away, who ever the manager is here you need her to train the rest of the staff !!!

They don’t have much inventory and products are a bit disorganized on the shelves. When I went in tonight they were understaffed. Thankfully the shift leader came out and the line went down quickly. They didn’t have basic drugstore products I needed so I probably won’t return soon.

Not surprised to see this location rated so poorly. Now, Im going to guess that Caroline wears her name tag/badge on her hip under the counter instead of clearly visible because she is some sort of manager. I say this because two other employees seemed to be reporting to her while Caroline "helped" me out. The details of my order are to come to the counter and present my ID for my pickup. I explained to Caroline that it was definitely here because I have received order confirmation for this address while she continuously assured me it was not there. That can't be a satisfactory answer Caroline... turns out guys that my order was there but she was unable to locate it for ten minutes. She hung up on the internal team calling the store about my order being ready and her employee had to present her with a QR code for the order. Just do a little better Caroline, look into it, assure me you'll get to the bottom of this mystery. Thank you for the experience, I will drive a little further next time to pick up my medications (Which you actually never even ID'd me for) tisk, tisk.

This store is a dumpster fire. It smells like urine as you walk in. The pharmacy technicians are so inept they created a new profile for someone that's been getting prescriptions from Walgreens for more than five years. I have never been so frustrated at the pharmacy before, I will never return to this Walgreens store. They obviously don't know what they're doing They're extremely rude and I waisted 2 hrs today trying to get a prescription for amoxicillin for my sick child. If you can't effectively fill this most basic prescription you shouldn't be a pharmacist.

Showed a express pass to pick up some medication for my sister and was told to wait in the next line. She was the one taking Express pass! She just looked at me while taking people who arrived after me. I totally get queues, it's busy but her customer service was hordendous and spiteful. Horrible!

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, at the window. Idk how many people saw me sitting there and never said a word so I wait patiently and I look up and they all leave thru a door and I notice they close the entire pharmacy down. Would've been nice if someone would've told me as I was sitting there, it wasn't even 6 it was like 545 so what time is closing cause everyday it's another random time. You guys are absolutely horrible at that location, it's sad. Done ever come here!

This was terrible service. The attendant at the window was confused and difficult to communicate with. Trying to be clear and patient, they kept repeating back confusing information. Then proceeded to be rude. Maybe they could make it so people can communicate through that window. I think communication is important when it comes to medication information.

The Pharmacy is terrible. I waited a week for a simple pain prescription and it still wasn't ready. Don't send your prescriptions here.

Came here twice over the weekend. I love that they are open 24hrs. They have a decent size parking lot. Both times, I was met with really friendly customer service. They had all we needed including snacks, drinks (including wine, beer, and alcohol), personal hygiene products, toys, and holiday decorations.

I am a lung patient with copd-pah uninsured who is dependent on the state bridge access program for covid vaxes. This walgreen was listed as a participant, nope after waiting all week i show up for my appt only to have the pharmacist try to extract 160$ from me and stated "we dont do the bridge access program here ,i know nothing about it" WTF Walgreens? This is a state funded program... do better..educate your pharmacist s at that location and get them to put masks on , this is a pandemic and they are part of the patient health care chain.. I actually give this store 0 stars. Dont waste your time..

36 minutes in line at the pharmacy and they only helped 1 customer. Still two more in front of me and 5 more behind. This is pretty standard whether I go in the drive thru or in store. I would go anywhere else if my insurance didn't require me to be here.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to, pharmacy tech would not communicate with the hospital and denied they sent a prescription at all, then not only did they ignore my phone calls and leave me on hold, they would pick up the phone and put it back down to put me back on hold, the absolute worst part is that they did this to the ER as well when they tried to straighten things out. I have never in all my years seen a worse pharmacy STEER CLEAR

No stars for this pharmacy. On hold for 21 minutes to find out if they have a drug in Stock, because the CVS was out of stock. Finally hung up. How can a business run if you can't even answer the phone.
