Employees here are extremely rude. Dropped off a 68lb package with the label already attached. No other customer in the store, I bring it up to the counter to get it scanned in and get a receipt and the lady rolls her eyes at the other employee and says you have to go to the kiosk to scan it in if you want a receipt, turns around and goes in the back. Ok, so I have to roll my package on my dolly over and scan it on your awkward machine, when you could have just scanned it with your scanner gun? How rude, I ended up just driving it to Marina for the principal of the matter. The Marina staff are actually nice and helpful. Will go there from now on.

The young man at the UPS store was very friendly, efficient and helpful. He helped me streamline the scanning and sending of a document I had and actually cut out one step. Very enjoyable experience and I will be back.

They charged me $2.39 for one-page black and white US letter print compared to 40 cents at the Marina location!
It's certainly not a big deal, but it is a good enough reason for me not to come back here again.

Katrina is great with solving any problem. She is great with her customers! I have observed her several times with older people, rude people and she always keeps her composure. She is so kind, knowledgeable and gets her job done professionally. She needs to be recognized for her efforts!
