The best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. In the past other dealer left us sour but this dealership and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were treated like family. When looking for a Jeep I found Seaside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had one to match the specs I was looking for. Since my family and I live 8 hours away I called and spoke with Edgar and he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was also able to get most of our deal worked out and ready by phone before we even made the trip down. Once we arrived he was ready for us with the vehicle. He took his time to answer further question with out and pressure to make a sale. We were also greeted by the General Manager Richard who was very tentative to our questions and needs. He was able to provide a full background on the vehicle from services and maintenance. Never once did we feel pressured to buy or make a decision. They are even great with children! Made sure our children we comfortable and had their needs met. I would definitely recommend them to our family and would go back for future purchase!!

Normally, I have had great service here. However, I don't think I'll be back. Especially after this last service and the lack of follow up, Started off with a simple oil change. 2 hrs. later enter Juan, who proceeded to tell me I have a hole in my radiator! I informed him that couldn't be possible as I wouldn't have made the 45min drive over with a hole. So...... he better figure out how a hole was made between the driveway of the dealership and the service rack! Few moments later, Joe (always awesome service) walks up apologizes, and states that there is a slow leak in the radiator, from a crack and it needs to be replaced, he shows me pictures and says they have a radiator in stock. "Cool let's fix it, how long" (I have the lifetime warranty no sweat) ... end of the day they tell me. Well, I have to go to work, so I get a shuttle ride home, head off to work and plan to get it the next day. Next morning, I wake up to a text saying sorry there was some delays well have it done by 11.... Frustrated but no biggie, then it started, next thing I know I'm informed the radiators they have won't work, and it will be 3 days till the correct ones get in! After a very frustrating phone call with the service rep, they somehow magically find a working radiator, that will once again be finished by 11 the following morning!!!!Once again! you guessed it I get call, sorry sir there's been a delay. It won't be 11 but I'll have it to you by 3 and we'll call you and hour out, so you know. (BTW I coach my kids' team at 430 this day and I'm a single parent) 3:45 rolls around crickets ... I give them a call no answer call sales, who transferer me to billing. Guess what, its done and been waiting to be invoiced for some time now. So, I'm steaming mad, ask for a shuttle to come get me 1st thing in the morning, because I have to get to my commitments, and I don't have time for their BS, " yes sir let me send you to that department ....click!! I call back and magically nobody picks up at service desk for 10 calls !!!! I decided to call sales and ask for the GM and he is out (he has yet to call me back). While I am doing this the service desk calls to let me know that my jeep "just" finished, so I finally lay into him.....I tell him I'll need a shuttle at 8am to pick me up so I can get my Jeep. " ohh yes sir, I am so sorry for all this" I proceed to give him my address.... and then after all this, after they gave me a ride home two days prior, they tell me I am out of their range, and they can't come pick me up!!!! (don't leave it gets worse) Now, I'm really fired up... and ill cut it short, I find a ride in at 8:30 the next morning. As I am 2 min, I get a text good morning, sir, I reply, "good morning, I am 2 min away " Their response is... I talked to our manager we can come get you if you would still like a ride from our shuttle if you still need it, I'll start getting the paperwork. together !!!!!!!" AND .....I'm told they comped many of the extra fees, but yet I have the bumper-to-bumper lifetime warranty that covered everything serviced, and I still had to pay my deductible. AND .... They of course couldn't replicate the other 2 issues I ask to be diagnosed. Bottom line don't expect true SERVICE in anyway...maybe they were just having an off day, But its been 4 days and I have yet to hear from the GM, after telling the service rep 2 time to his face, in text, his sales staff, his operator who hung up on me and then sent me to a dead line. I wouldn't go in with high hopes...09/09/23

Run far far away from this place, especially the untrained staff with a MIA manager in parts. They will take your $$ and lie to you about when your parts will arrive. And you will get zero help from anyone. Phone system doesn't work, can't leave a message on every single extension. What a freaking joke business. General Manager was supposed to call me today to help with missing parts. Can't be bothered. Seriously, they don't care about your business. When the parts department tells you to come back 3 times and then asks you if you want them to get up off their butt to go look if it arrived, you have to wonder how they stay employed. Then when you ask when it will arrive, instead of telling you, they give you the tracking number and tell you to look it up yourself. They need to clean house and start over. And learn the definition of customer service.Isaac, your sales person Vince jumped in and tried his best to help and sent you an email immediately and was told you responded and would contact me first thing Monday. Your words mean nothing unless you follow up with ACTION. Which you did not.Working with Watsonville now. They answer their phones, their voice-mails aren't full and their parts actually arrive in one day. And their staff show up for work Monday mornings. You should be extremely embarrassed.

I have a very poor experience here. After purchasing a 2021 year vehicle here I ran into issues with the car this dealership refused to honor their warrant or the recalls on my car. I ended up having to use the dealership in Salinas to get the car straightened out. I will not be back here again.

We needed an oil change and tire rotation on our Promaster van. They couldn't figure out how to rotate the tires the way we wanted and it took two days to figure that out. On top of that, they stole items out of our RV and did nothing about it even though my husband noticed the missing items immediately while still at the shop and spoke to management about it. They totally dismissed it. Mind you, this is our RV that we are living in this summer. We didn't leave obviously expensive items in it, but we do expect a certain level of trust when we take our personal van in for repair that they don't steal from us. Totally disappointed.

Going to the dealership is always dreadful; what sleeze ball salesman is going to follow you around trying to push what you're not looking for? Meeting Vince at the dealership last week was a blessing, he is a normal human being that knows not to push, but to assist. He made my buying experience better than I could have expected. I walked away today with a brand new vehicle that I feel great about. I highly recommend asking for Vince, however the whole staff makes you feel like family. Customer service is everything and kindness is hard to come across. Paul in the finance department is quick and efficient, he made the final step of my purchase extremely easy. Thank you!

I didn't look at this dealerships reviews on Yelp prior to visiting so I had no idea they had so many negative reviews. I've never been here before but I've been on the market for a new or used AWD/4x4 vehicle for a few weeks/month now. I was searching on Google for a Toyota Tacoma and this dealership popped up and had a used 2022 TRD Off Road on their lot. I filled out an online inquiry and Ryan sent me an email the next day. I texted his cell to confirm if the car pictured online was the actual car on their lot, if it was still available, and he was able to immediately answer my questions. I set up an appointment to go see the car in person and maybe take it for a test drive the next day. Showed up for my appointment and the Tacoma was sitting out front waiting for me, and so was Ryan. He was very personable, knowledgeable and down to earth. We had a great test drive and when we got back to the lot I asked him to show me how things worked on the truck, such as the daytime LED headlights, fog lights, things under the hood, overall state of the vehicle (it was a 2022 used Tacoma). The car had just been traded in by someone so it hadn't even gone through the vehicle inspection and detailing that dealerships do before selling a car. I decided I wanted to purchase the car and was going to trade in my BMW. Oscar, one of the managers here, initially gave me a very low offer on my car (I expected that) and we were able to negotiate the price of the trade in to match the same price another dealership nearby had also offered me. It was a quick and easy negotiation. Of course I could have sold it for more if I sold in privately but the trade in offer was what I reasonably needed to feel comfortable purchasing the Tacoma. Javier was the finance person that helped me with the contracts and signing. All finance departments will try to sell you add on warranties and things like that. Javier didn't try to sell me anything. He just showed me what my options were and when I said no we moved on. Pretty simple and straight forward.... We went through the entire contract together as I signed everything and he explained what I was signing and why. I don't feel as though there were any hidden fees. I feel confident that I paid a very fair price for the Tacoma. This was by far the most transparent car buying process I ever had. To be clear, I did NOT finance the Tacoma, I bought it outright with the trade in + cash. I wasn't able to leave with the Tacoma on the same day because I bought it before they had done the intake inspection and all of that stuff (gotta move quickly around here lol). Ryan drove my Tacoma all the way to the Salinas Toyota dealership to have an open recall addressed because he said they couldn't legally sell me a car with an open recall on it (good on Ryan for doing this because other dealerships would just sell you the car and let you leave with it and tell you to come back later to get the recall addressed). The car was also inspected and serviced, washed, and the interior was cleaned out. Also, when I test drove the Tacoma, I discovered there was a locked safe in the center console and Ryan didn't know about it. I told him that if I bought the car I'd need it removed, which he did. I was able to pick up the Tacoma the following day. Ryan put on my paper plates, Javier took the title to my BMW as well as the remaining balance I owed on the Tacoma via cashiers check. I gave them the key to my BMW and that was it. Altogether super straight forward, clean, efficient deal. Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly. No one was douchey or shady. The Tacoma was listed at a fair price considering the year, mileage and features it came with. Honestly it was listed for lower than what the Salinas Toyota dealership was listing some of their used Tacoma Off Roads for. I got out with a fantastic vehicle at a really good price and I clearly understand all the fees and what was included in the overall purchase price. We recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Seaside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We couldn't have asked for better customer service than what we received from the salesman, David. He was very informative, and gave us no pressure , as he showed us the vehicle we were interested in, as well as other options. He even contacted us the day after our purchase to see how we enjoyed driving the jeep home!When we went into the Finance office, we were equally impressed with the customer service we received from Javier. He explained all the details of the sale to us completely, not rushing through anything, making sure all was understood.Over the years, we've had many times we've dealt with car dealerships. Our experience at Seaside Chrysler ranks as one of the best ever! Thank you David and Javier!!!
