This is a clown show! Do not waste your time OR money dealing with this place. I drove all the way down from Sacramento (386 miles round trip) to look at a truck they had just posted online for sale. I made arraignments With Rodney the day before, and told him I was coming from Sacramento. When I arrive at the dealership shortly after they opened (this was on a Saturday) the place was like a ghost town. I stand around for approximately 15 minutes and then finally someone gets me to where the truck is. Now they can't find the keys. Another 10 minutes goes by and some random guy, not Rodney comes out with the keys...and the disclosure I CAN'T DRIVE IT BECAUSE THEY HADN'T PERFORMED THE SAFETY INSPECTION!!!! I just drove 193 miles to look at and buy a truck and now I'm told I can't drive it! Rodney knew I was coming from Sacramento, why didn't he tell me it wasn't ready to drive? Why did they list it on the internet if the vehicle wasn't ready to be driven home by someone? So I say fine, you drive it and the employee takes me for a spin around the automall. Its fine, I wan't it so I do paperwork and purchase the truck. I ask them if they can have the truck ready by Wednesday or Thursday, and I'll be back to get it. More than a week goes by, Rodney calls and tells me the technicians can't figure out a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT and they took it to a Ford Dealership. There is a Ford Dealership in the same automall, and one in Salinas, not far from Seaside, yet they take the Truck to Fremont Ford, an 82 mile drive because Seaside Cadillac and Fremont Ford are owned by the same corporation. I get a call from "Ace" - thats your professional name? Anyway, I get a call from Ace and he tells me the truck needs a new turbo and the cost is $2,998!!! WHAT A JOKE! This is NOT the first truck I have owned of this year, make and model. I know a stock replacement turbo assembly costs around $700 RETAIL, and its about 3 hours of labor to R&R the assembly. So they want to charge me 3,000 dollars for a 1200-1300 repair...PLUS THEY OWN THE DEALERSHIP so they are paying wholesale for the parts. I decline to pay for the repairs, and we void the purchase agreement. Two weeks later I get a call from Rodney, saying the truck is done, and would I be willing to split the cost of the repairs...NOPE! I sure wouldn't I HAVE MOVED ON! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership, the way I was treated, driving all they way from Sacramento and not being able to drive the truck, them selling a truck which had not been through the safety inspection, over charging for repairs they should have covered. I recently viewed the truck online, and they are asking over 5K more than I paid for it...My only consolation is the fact the truck now has a massive dent in the passenger bed side, and when I looked at it the truck was flawless. Good luck with that asking price with damage! Reply to their reply: From what I've seen it is most certainly reflective of how you do business. While I was in the store a very irate customer came in and was very upset he had been calling your dealership for three days leaving messages and had not received a call back. There is no reason for me to call, I'm not the type of person that needs you to blow smoke up my ass.

Bought my car from Andreas and it died 4 days later. Purchased the extended warranty from Paul the fiance manager he said it covers the car and towing. But the paperwork takes 30 days to go into the system. Andreas said they will cover the tow. Took 2 weeks to get the car back and still didn't get my money back for the towing. Andreas never got back with me. Left a message with Paul who still hasn't got back with me. I left a message with the gm Issac? Frank the service manager called me on Monday said I should get my check by Friday. Friday rolls around and I still didn't get anything. The mail takes over a week from seaside to marina? Rodney was the one who helped the most even tho he didn't sell me the car. I had a huge review but yelp told me it was too long so I had to make it into this little review...

Contacted on 07/29 about a car and took until 8/18 to receive photos . I was informed one price upon first contact and I was told the car completed service and was certified during initial call. As I requested for photos, I was told they would send them but never did. I had to keep contacting them and then the representative said it was in service even though they said it was ready and serviced prior. When I was finally sent photos I was told it was a higher price than originally quoted and that my original price could not be honored. I was willing to purchase the car at original price but was told the manager declined to honor their original price.

I drove 2 hours to look at a car and buy it and contacted the dealership and they said everything with the car was good so i took the risk drove up there and the car absolutely reeked like cigarettes, and there was no heads up about the smell. Wasted my time and money. I do not recommend this dealership and costumer service.

Beware of this dealership!!! They jerk you around and play games. If I could give 0 stars I would. The one star is for the kind salesman that was stuck in the middle of it all. The manager plays games and sends the salesmen to deliver the messages. Don't waste your time.

There service department is tops especially Maria she is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. I have been in twice this month received excellent service and the car was returned washed and clean inside and out. They also took me home and brought me back the shuttle driver was most friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them. A job well done every time I have been there.

Edgar did a great job from start to finish. We had a lot of questions and he had an answer for everything, he did his homework on the cars he is selling specially now with the transition to electric cars and the constant change in technology and Mr. Paul in Finance , what a gentleman to work with, the document signing process was actually fun and fast he also knows his job and presented us with the options and recommendations to keep our car safe and looking good in the event something happens. Next time we are on the market for a car we are definitely stopping here first.

PICK ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! Avoid this place at all costs! As another reviewer said "Negligence and incompetence when it comes to post-selling process! These people only want to sell you a car - they don't care much what happens next." The only thing I would add would be deceitfulness. The F&I guy told multiple bold face lies about my vehicle and the coverage of my policy during the purchasing process. My fault for not reading the paperwork more closely, but I had assumed that when asking the guy specific questions that he wouldn't tell me straight up lies. The vehicle I purchased came with damaged floor mats (whoever unboxed them sliced the side piping to bits). After 9 months, probably 30+ phone calls and talking to 5 different people they finally agreed to send me replacements. Unfortunately they sent the wrong ones that are for another vehicle and don't fit . I've followed up with the store manager multiple times since, but it's been a year now and I'm tired of banging my head against a wall. Once they snake your money out of you they could give two sh*ts. If I could spend $500 to take away whatever commissions Seaside Cadillac made off my purchase and give it to some random other dealership, I think I would. These people seriously suck.

Great place and good people. I have been in constant touch with Gill for last couple of months. Finally last Friday he called me and got a great deal on the car we wanted and at great interest rate. I would definitely recommend Gill if you are looking for Cadillac cars. I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Very welcoming staff and through start to finish. Gill was very informative, listened to our needs, and help to answer any questions to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our car purchase. A great follow up a few days after to see if we had any questions and how everything was with our new purchase. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new set of wheels.
