The cashiers are always friendly with men, they are not professional in that they have a bad attitude with women and charge more and how they entertain men to charge them more for purchases.

Well, to start, they don't let you enter with backpacks, in a pandemic I understand it, but right now in 2024 there are no longer restrictions, a lot of fruit, meat and vegetables are already old and in poor condition and they still sell them, in the butcher shop a man is always there bad, read you order a quantity of meat or cheese and they always give you more, things are more expensive than normal, and be very careful when paying, they always charge you more and their excuse is that, the computer crashes I work and collect from the last client, once it comes, but every time now, boy no, that's a lot.

Santa Fe market is a Hispanic grocery store that is located in Seaside. The store is fairly large and has groceries as well as having a bakery and indoor Taqueria. The store is pretty clean and produce, etc are nicely displayed. What is sometimes a problem with this store is that many of the employees are non English speaking. They only speak Spanish. Also some of the employees seem very prejudice. They will ignore you and start assisting Hispanics although it was actually your turn. Customer service is definitely not a priority at Santa Fe. Overall I rate this Santa Fe market with two stars. I prefer the Castroville location over this store.

Heard about this store on the radio for quite some time, I step in a couple of weeks ago, immediately impressed by the cleanliness, especially the clean bathrooms. The organization of merchandise, produce & pastries. THE DELI absolutely mouth-watering food, Everything looked delicious & was presented in such a clean and fresh manner. For me the two things stood out the most, The in-house food preparation by real cooks (unlike some places like Whole Foods that merely warm up food), and exceptionally friendly staff. Kudos to the manager for maintaining such a fantastic team and a special shoutout to the cashier who provided super-friendly service during checkout. My Torta de carnitas & fresh pressed Orange juice was delicious. Thank you guys

The worst place to buy pork rinds with meat, the meat comes out super cooked as if it has been reheated many times and is like a crystallized stone, it crumbles like glass when you bite into it and the part of the happy pork rinds seems to be missing so much that it is difficult to bite into. They should hire someone who knows how to make pork rinds with meat. My afternoon was ruined, I had to go get some shrimp at Safeway. Zero stars.

Very bad customer service. We bought Toy candy and then 5 seconds we decide we don't want it anymore. They refuse to return it back. They said it is Store policy not to return Candies once purchased. What a bad experience. I will never visit this store again. They don't care about their customers. I don't recommend this store.

Great selection of food but the cashiers always have an attitude. I went in 11-01-23 around 5pm to buy some chicken as I headed to check out the cashier did not greet or say a single word to me while side eyeing me as if I had unconvinced her. I forgot my wallet in the car and asked her kindly if she would but my singular item aside will I went to get my wallet in the car. she gives me a nasty look which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Once I had my wallet I proceed to go back in line to wait my turn again at the checkout which I didn't mind since it was my fault for forgetting my wallet but as I checked out with her a second time she rolled her eyes and still proceeded to say nothing to me. such a disappointment from a store that has great variety.
