Dropped my vacuum off to Jose yesterday, he called me in less than 24 hours to let me know I could come pick it back up. I haven’t had a chance to turn it on yet but I trust Jose did and he said it worked perfectly.

I have been dealing with Peninsula Vacuum and Appliances ever since they were first located in Carmel. I dealt with Stefan and his Uncle. When they opened up in Seaside I continued visiting the store and I have several Miele vacuums. Nowadays I have dealt with José who was trained by Stefan and his Uncle and is a really nice guy. Miele vacuums is a brand that I definitely recommend because they seem to last for many years. I have tried other brands like Dyson, Shark, Bissell, etc but believe that Miele is just a superior product. Peninsula Vacuum & Appliances in Seaside is a wonderful store that has many different models to look at and José also does repairs. Definitely a local business I recommend.

The owner Jose and the daughter Christian are very professional and honest people. They repaired our vacuum cleaner in a timely manner. Most of all, their labor & material charge was extremely reasonable. They also sell high end European models on site for quality products. Basically you can ask them any questions regarding vacuum cleaners. We are satisfied with these good people. Thank you, Jose. Thank you, Christian.

Jose the owner and Christian the daughter are honest and professional people. Their service is great and punctual. Most of all, they charge very reasonably for the labor and parts. They also sell high end European models on site including hospital grades and commercial grades. You can ask them any questions regarding vacuum cleaners.

I would ?% recommend coming here. Great customer service, very helpful and friendly. The Miele vacuum that I have from them is very nice, and work good and for a reasonable price. Peninsula vacuum is a must go if you are in need of a vacuum,

I've been coming here for more than 20 years. José nursed my ancient Miele (40 + years) until it simply died.He is always fair, honest and just an all-around nice guy. I highly recommend a Peninsula vacuum for your small appliance needs.
