The worst business I you want to call it business Gave 1,000 dollars to get a car ionic 5 Set up paperwork cost taxes everything They finally called me to go and pick it up and I get there and they have a chicken scratch scribble on the contract with a sharpie for $7500 more I walked away from this Since he said he could sell it the following day it seems like they don't care about anybody else but their pockets I know I could follow this but I just don't wanna deal with the headaches let them keep their cars but this Place I would rate it under zero All I can say is karma. Please place most probably be under within a year. Doing business practice like this.

The folks at Premier are awesome! We settled on a price but I tried to get someone to give me a ride down to Seaside from the Bay Area. Everyone was busy... Nothing to hard for my salesman Dari Silva! He had a staff member Jason drive up from Seaside to pick me up from Fremont - no cost! Test drove my Elantra Hybrid and loved it. Amber was great with the finance paperwork. All in all great experience. Thanks Premier!

I came from out of town to help a friend in hospice. She wanted me to take care of her car maintenance needs. I'm glad that I chose to come here. They were respectful, kind, considerate, and conscientious. Thanks to the service department crew.

I have called to have service on my car 3 times - not once have I had a return phone call. I'm transferred to the service desk and I've left 2 messages. Third time, someone said they would take a message to the service advisor. I'm in the market for a new car and I've loved my last 2 Hyundai cars, but if this is how they service their customers, I'll be going elsewhere.

I bought my Hyundai Ioniq 5 from Miguel. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive. It is a high demand car and he had no issues working with me to get me the best deal on inventory, delivery, and financing. This was easily the most flawless experience I've ever had. He never once talked down to me or gave off a disrespectful vibe. The rest of the staff was helpful and informative. I was overall very pleased with my experience.

A Truly Amazon Prime like car buying experience. I saw the car I wanted available in their inventory and talked with Eric ( sales person) who was awesome and he made sure that I got a car buying experience like nowhere. Very smooth negotiations and transactions. Contracts were executed online and they even managed to deliver the car to my home ( 140 miles away) and picked my trade in car. Highly recommend this dealership and Eric if you are looking for a great and hassle free car buying experience. The reason for my 4* instead of 5* was for some last minute hiccups that came out just prior to car delivery.

They don't have anything that they advertise on Facebook. Especially Ioniq5 models. They just try to collect your information. Even when I try to reserve one, they ask $7500 over the MSRP value. What a greediness!

My service Advisor Mr. Marvin Poole is a wonderful asset to Premier Hyundai of Seaside. He informs me of the work that the department will do that day. When my vehicle is ready, Mr. Poole provided with paperwork of the work that was done and the future areas that I will need service on.I am always greeted warmly when I arrive by the at person who will take my vehicle and return it to me when it is done. Since I bought my EV Kona in 2019 there have been few battery updates and a battery recall (not Hyundai's fault). Throughout the whole process the Seaside service staff has been professional, helpful and has gone out of their way to provide me with options and solutions. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service, even though it's about 45 minutes drive from my home.Service: Battery
