It is incredible difficult to contact their service department. The 12V battery was replaced there just before we bought the Chevy Bolt 7 months ago, now dead and need to be replaced again. We live far away and need the service near our house, just ask them for the reciept of that service, have been trying more than 3 days to get a response from them

After I was sold a 5 year old car that I had no idea when I bought it that it had been in a wreck before, for the price of it when it was new, I returned it because I knew I was overcharged to say the least, because I was set-up with 6 years of payments (+20k down) and they didn't match the color very good after it was fixed. Then I brought it back as a return but they treated it as a trade-in where I lost around 5k of my down payment. Then I was sold and again I was overcharged for a brand new car, when my credit was bad and had just lost my job. The 20k that was stolen from me was my life's savings. So warning to all you single widows out there, don't trust this dealership, because they will take advantage of you.
Ps. After returning to Premier for the third time to again re-negotiate my contract, I saw a familiar car out of the corner of my eye, it was the first car I bought with a brand new paint job.
Hummm, I wonder who paid for that?

This is just a review of the service department. First of all, don’t try to call the service phone number because it’s not connected to the service department. Most of the time when I go, there’s no one in the office. An English man was just pretty rude to me.the list goes on.

I could not be more pleased with my out of state transaction with Christian Madrigal and Premier Chevrolet. Though at times he was busy, he always responded promptly and treated me as if I was his only customer and number one priority. I've purchased a lot of cars from the major dealerships and though I am in another state and the car was delivered to me, this by far has been my best buying experience. Thank you Christian, Conor, Gabriel and the management of Premier Chevrolet.

I have been trying for 3 weeks to have someone from service call me back. I had a very simple question about the past time my car was serviced and nobody could bother to answer the phone or return my calls. You don’t want my business and it shows. Will never go back

I bought a "buy-back" Chevy Bolt in January. A month ago, I got a check engine error and brought it back to the dealership to be looked at. After three messages with no response, I had to go back to the dealership to find out what was going on. I was told, Chevy was going to replace the battery, which was coming from Oklahoma, and it would take two weeks to replace. After almost three weeks without hearing anything, I started calling every day. Since no one answered, seven messages were left. Still no call. Today I returned to the dealership and was told my car was nearly ready, but needed to be charged for a few more hours. Someone, I was told, would call me this afternoon. "Really???" I asked. Yes, definitely. It's 4:30 now and after leaving an 8th message, I resorted to a customer review. I'm sure y'all are very busy, but this is ridiculous.

I wanted to buy a second hand car from Premiere Chevrolet of Seaside. Made an appointment three days ahead. The night before my appointment the online price of the car increased significantly, but I still got an email that day morning with the price that would work for me. I rented car and drove 2 hours from the Bay Area to learn that the price has increased indeed and not negotiable. Maybe that is how business is done, but not a "premier" service IMHO.

From the get-go Julian was great to talk to, clear and informative about the car I wanted to buy. He made it easy by suggesting Premier drive it to me. Robbie in finance is also easy and fun to work with. They both worked late so my paperwork could be done. The whole experience down to the sweet driver was excellent! I love my new Bolt EV and highly recommend this dealership.

Had a great experience working with John to purchase a pre-owned Chevy Bolt. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. John was very helpful and eager to answer all of my questions before I took the drive out to Seaside. Once there, we agreed on the price and I took my family to grab a quick bite while the papers were being drawn up. John texted when the papers were ready and the car was washed and detailed. After signing the docs we were on our way in just a few minutes. Super easy process. Thanks John and team!

When I first took my Chevy Bolt to Premier for some recall item repairs, I was happy with the promptness of my appointment and service while I was there. But, I also brought up an issue with my backup/parking camera sporadically showing nothing but a camera icon and was told they would need to order a video processing module to replace the one on my car; however, I've been calling and leaving messages for about a month now with no reply from anyone in the service department.

I've been a customer of Chevrolet for 6 years and it has been complete perfection, an ideal experience... Until I visited this location and spoke with Joe Homen, the GM. Never in my life have I been spoken to in the poor manner in which he conducted himself. I myself have been in customer service for 25+ years, have been a business owner for many years and am a manager, as well. I could never fathom speaking to a customer in the degrading, disrespectful and belittling manner he did with me.
As our conversation continued, I sat there in disbelief that a person with his responsibility would actually treat a customer with so little respect and use the offensive words he did with me. Funny how when my husband came in, his tone and demeanor completely turned.
I am not one to write negative reviews on businesses, as I want to promote companies and share positive experiences in hopes others will visit those businesses. This situation has left me feeling so disturbed and uncomfortable, I am sharing this experience because I pray another person will never experience what I did or feel what I was left to feel.
On a positive note, the Chevrolet dealerships in San Jose on Capitol Expressway and the one in Watsonville are DREAMS to work with. From start to finish, the gentleman working there are as kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful as can be. There's the difference.

They violated my privacy and went to my employer!
Beware of dealing with these people.

The dealer comprehends the customer's needs and is willing to go to any lengths necessary to assist them in making the optimal decision.

I took my car on Monday, January 29 for a diagnosis, as of today, Thursday, February 15, they still haven't fixed it, I always call the service number and they never answer, I have to go in person, that's how they give me an answer, I really don't recommend that place for service ?
