Psychotic experience. This guy is unprofessional, meets problems with a violent threat and for some wild reason, he thinks he is intimidating. When he goes to a posture of violence and it doesn't work out for him, then it ends, he breaks contact. Then this coward has the gall to go to the police.Then the police contact you. This guy is unhinged, unpredictable and then tries to use the police as a retaliatory tool, when his childish threats don't pan out. I thought this guy was out of business.Very unprofessional person, unpredictable and should be avoided.

You never know what to expect from a used car dealer, but let me tell you Otis is outstanding and I highly recommend. Honest, and it's no wonder he's been in business for 44 years. I found the perfect car, great price and Otis was quick and efficient with the paperwork. He even took the time to register the car at DMV for me so I didn't have to wait in lines. All these things, and the fine details of his expertise made shopping here a pleasure. And last but not least, Otis Auto sales was recommended to me buy my close neighbor who had purchased two cars from Otis, and followed up by my best friend of 50 years who had purchased 5 cars from Otis. all with total satisfaction.

Otis is a very honest man. When we tried to sell our sedan back to our original dealer of an European manufacturer, we were somewhat disappointed with their low offer. We wanted to get a different estimate from a third party. That's when we came by Otis because a gentleman at Lexus dealership strongly recommended Otis to us. Otis told us very honestly what the deductions would be based on the leather seat conditions and some minor dings. His offer was much higher than the dealer. Not only Otis gave us a much better deal to save us lots of money, but also he made all the complicated paperwork so easy, fast and simple. He is indeed professional and down to earth.

I purchased a van from Otis some years back. I took a friend to look around at his inventory earlier today. Otis was a fair and respectable man as far as I could see. He is willing to negotiate and begins with a fair price. He doesn't cut corners, lie or bust balls.FairStraight forward, thorough and reputable.*For some who strictly go by KBB he may seem a little too north. However even older vehicles that are in good to supreme condition "These Days"; November of 2020, are actually selling for a much higher price. KBB alone for pricing doesn't take into account current real time US Supply and Demand Expectations and Ability/Inability to Pay IE Pandemic, Jobs loss, disenfranchisement from political parties etc [especially like new and regularly maintained]. Otis seems to set his prices accordingly.

*For some who strictly go by KBB he may seem a little too north. However even older vehicles that are in good to supreme condition "These Days"; November of 2020, are actually selling for a much higher price. Wow! I rarely go on yelp to post reviews but I have to let people know what a great experience and great guy Otis is! My Mother recently lost her husband (my Dad) and her car was wrecked by my brother. She has had the worst time lately and has little money. She wanted to go take a look at some of the car lots in seaside and we ended up at Otis' auto sales. She found several cars in her price range, and he was so honest and not pushy, and genuinely cared about her situation. Is this guy for real!? Seriously in this day and age and a car salesman to boot! He was an Angel to us today. He treated her so kind and she found the most perfect car for her and he was aware of her financial situation and it worked out great. I saw a genuine smile on my Moms face for the first time in a while and I owe it to this guy! Thank you for being patient and kind, listening and giving sound advice. This kind of service is hard to find but we found it here. Thank you.

Otis was awesome. Great to do business with him. My friend bought a car and when I am ready I would like to do business with Otis. I keep looking on his site. When I see what I want I will go. Otis is a man of his word. After buying the car, there was a minor issue with the front Right brake. The next day we took it back to him. He went above and beyond in having it repaired. Quickly and at no cost to my friend. I do wish I bought one of the two I was interested in. I regret not doing it. He was offering me a great trade in price on my truck. One day I will do business with Otis again.
