I'd love to say that this place not only takes care of it's clients but it's employees as well. With the utmost precision and the customer service is unparalleled! I've seen young newlyweds receive the same treatment as financially seasoned older people, because the goal for this business is to make your home as beautiful as possible within your means!

Corrine does HIGH QUALITY WORK with more that REASONABLE PRICES and FAST TIMEFRAMES. She used my COM ivory fabric to reupholster a large sofa and upholstered chair. Her work came back in less than a month when other upholsters in the Monterey area where quoting three to four months. The quality of her upholstery work is top notch. She also reupholstered several cushions for my dining room chairs and revamped pillows. She made several armchair covers for my upholstered chairs using patterns she created. Corrine has a wonderful “Can Do” attitude and is a delight to work with. I can highly recommend her for any upholstery job you may have.Carolyn Bardsley

We've used Millers for our home's carpet twice in 18 years. Just replaced the old carpet, and it was a great experience! Craig was very helpful in the selection and ordering process. I was concerned about installation, and he assured me they always use the same installers and they're good. Actually, they were great! I've never seen more hardworking, efficient, and skilled craftsmen. The entire process was easy and we are thrilled with the end result. Top quality job and great customer service.

My husband and I had a great experience with this company. We needed new roller blinds following the completion of a full remodel. Lisa H. at Millers Carpet One was my fourth call/estimate. After sending her a list of my window needs and what we were looking for, we met with her in their Seaside showroom. She understood what we were looking for and guided us to a great product right away patiently explaining and illustrating the different depths of coverage in the blind material. The installation with Steve McManus and Leslie went very well and any "tweaks" were addressed in a timely manner. We went with both motorized and manual shades and LOVE them. When one valance had irregularities, Lisa stood behind their product and got us a replacement in no time. We highly recommend Lisa, Steve, Leslie and Millers Carpet One.

What a joke of a place, they rip off older people, and provide horrible floors. From an attic ladder being on the floor maybe 7 times it causes a gash in the floor like really? Even normal use has caused problems. My favorite is they installed some siding around the island ( looks cheap) and then it starts to break and chip and they of course wait and wait to call back until the warranty is done. Stop letting these people rip you off, don't get a floor from them!

This business is terrible!! My father paid several thousand dollars to have new flooring installed and the quarter round was terrible. When he asked about the quarter round being replaced, it had to be ordered. Then when it was ordered it arrived it was past the warranty!! THIS BUSINESS IS TERRBLE! What a way to take away of the elderly!!

I have gone back to Miller's Carpets for the second time to put new carpets in my home. The first carpets were suggested by Sharon Miller knowing we had 2 growing boys and they lasted more than 20 years. The carpets still looked good and held up to the beating. It was time for a new look. Sharon was very helpful as was Lisa when we went in not knowing what type or style we wanted. The outcome is fabulous. The work was done quickly and the installers were knowledgeable and very careful with my many pieces of furniture.. We could not be more ;leased.They also carpeted my office which has very high traffic and the carpet never showed any wear and held up more than 12 years.

Went here to buy a commercial reminit piece & Paul was nice enough to show some option cuts he had. I was given a 30% discount, which was helpful considering I didn't have much to spend. The piece is being used for my small teaching office. So I'm looking forward to installing this week.

We have had marked difficulties with their post installation carpet care. Their carpet cleaning was abysmal. Many stains would not come out on the stain resistant carpet, in spite of numerous attempts. And the owners weren't very helpful with the guaranteed replacement. They left it up to us to try. Out of frustration we used Barry's Caroet Cleaning... they got all the stains out!

UPDATES We have carpet!! The bedroom is gorgeous and plush. The men installing the carpet are amazing, they communicate with the customer for a perfect fit. Casey even stopped by to check the work. After such a long LONG time our order is complete. During Casey's visit she even is compensating us for all the complications. Great to see a company focused to make things right. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'd give negative stars! We are waiting over two months for carpet we already paid for. Casey the manager calls from multiple numbers, literally blowing off our installment. We have been promised numerous times specific dates and then are called the morning of being told they just aren't going to come. She refuses to find a solution and expects us to continue to wait. Casey now won't answer her phone for us anymore. Half our home has no floors, nails sticking out of it, and the other half is storing the items that we could move from that room. The safety and consideration of the customer is their last priority. We have been living in disarray for way to long. I would recommend ANY ONE ELSE. My three year old has better customer service abilities.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’d give negative stars! We are waiting over two months for carpet we already paid for. Casey the manager calls from multiple numbers, literally blowing off our installment. We have been promised numerous times specific dates and then are called the morning of being told they just aren’t going to come. She refuses to find a solution and expects us to continue to wait. Casey now won’t answer her phone for us anymore. Half our home has no floors, nails sticking out of it, and the other half is storing the items that we could move from that room. The safety and consideration of the customer is their last priority. We have been living in disarray for way to long. I would recommend ANY ONE ELSE. My three year old has better customer service abilities.

I am a previous employee! This is an attempt to Collect All Debt Owed to me from Sharon Miller for all positions worked at all owned business of Sharon Miller. Including all unpaid hours already worked, PTO, Holiday pay, Vacation Pay, Proper Overtime Pay as there was a discrepency with last two checks as well the title with which Sharon Miller told me employees, her husband Craig Dunn, Brother-in-law Russell Doss, as Sharon's personal assistant from the time I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5g $920.00 to use as agreed when after the work was done said you owed me the amount for the previous work done at Bellacosta Ranch. Purchased the phone under the Brother In Laws Account then in turn while being evicted from the ranch house at Bellacosta Ranch where I resided within the Ranch house located both above the building closest to the road upstairs as well as then moved to the one located where the police had to arrive to ask permission to allow me to come get my dog Mates, saltwater tanks, and animals used as a calming method for a disability. At which point the tanks had been shut off and life lost occurred, and resulting in the death of all tank mates. Due to improper temperature water movement and airation supplied for them to adaquately breathe. The brother in law Russell purposefully threw my Galaxy S20 Ultra bouncing on tile twice breaking both screens payment. I am notifying you here at once publicaly for all businesses. The attorney spoken to stated within thirty minutes discussing by the one job and hours worked at Bellacosta both time frames estimated the hours worked in your favor he calculated and informed me $60,000 owed per the 8 hours per week. Millers Elite Cleaning, and the location of the Millers business I was paid out of for warehouse manager where I was the Warehouseman then, Promoted to warehouse Manager. This started where you asked me for my help that because you were having some trouble don't leave from my visit there as friends. I due to covid accepted as the original plan for vacation then to go to Florida for work that establishment was closed for time being as such I accepted. I am simply asking and in this demanding payment for work rendered the itemized list I would be happy to provide you to an email you provide at your earliest response and convenience within I would extend you the same time frame you provided me to leave the premises it was four days if I remember correctly lets just make it five days out of respect and trying to keep a friendship because even though having to do this the legal way I did not like having to go that route you left me no choice. I am sorry if this truly ends a great friendship money should never be able to do such a thing. If the work wasn't already performed at these businesses I would have just walked away, if that and animals lives were not taken, that is something I believed you and I would always agree on our companions are part of the family and my tanks I had named them all. Even used an app to do so back then. I tried to do at every turn a good deed helping a friend thought at your request. Which then turned into a job offer then several job offers and even further than that again to respect our friends ship I will not post here the three other things previously discussed one of them being about all businesses that you confided in me while pruning the rose bushes where you opened up to me about how you feel truly about the businesses and their future. Verbal contract in Texas is a legal binding contract and there was a monetary exchange to seal it with. I will be willing to renegotiate the terms if we could handle this as truly friends where I sincerely do hope to see and feel you did mean that you care about me as I still even now do about you. I hope find my final amount overly generous all things considered. Everyone in the showroom was so nice and so helpful. I am actually doing a project out of state with a different Carpet One. They did not care! They gave me the same assistance and help that they would give any of their customers. Really recommend. Thanks so much!

I was purchasing carpet from Millers for my stairs. The bid they gave me after coming out to measure and take pictures, included taking out the carpet and disposing it, plus install. I had already removed all the carpeting ourselves with 2 men for 6 hours work. When I mentioned this to Lisa at Millers they said its all inclusive in their install price and there is no way to deduct the removal. After accepting their quote and giving them check for the total amount, Lisa informed me that the installer needs to come out again and look at the steps. Once they came and looked at the steps, again, I was told the install was greater than they originally planned. My next quote was $1300.00 more! They said they needed to make a template and cut each step and that is time consuming. When I ended up purchasing my carpet from a very nice local dealer, the installer told me yes, that is what you do for steps; it is standard procedure, and that it is no big deal. I ended up purchasing the carpet + plus install for $1800 less than Millers!! I don't like how they said one thing and got me to order & then they tried to switch the pricing. Bait and switch! Plus they wouldn't deduct the removal costs or credit it to the install pricing. A few years ago I had a very negative experience with Millers, again over switching the pricing, but I thought it was the salespersons doing; how wrong I was! They are deceitful and dishonest! Stay away!
