Absolutley ridiculous! if your hours say you are open 10 to 7, you should indeed be open 10 to 7! I have gone to this business several times during listed business hours and it is closed. I have family that drives an hour 1 way to this store and have on numerous occasions shown up during regular business hours to it being closed. It's not like it is a once or twice occasion, it is all of the time. We would call ahead and make sure they will be open but nobody ever answers the phone. Done with this place, they will not get any more money from me. I can't help but wonder how much more business they have lost.

This location and the store on broadway ave. in Seaside are ridiculous. Their employees need further training in competency and policy. The broadway location were rude and nasty. I came in 25 minutes before closing on 12 Nov. 2021. I wanted to separate my bill and pay for it. The clerk was having issues with this and when I asked him to call Metro PCS they told me they were closing in 10 min. so there wasn't enough time. I called metro anyway and the agent accidentally hung up while we were speaking. The clerk basically said they were closed come back in the morn. What? Wait! ...I called Metro from home and paid my bill. The following day I went to the Fremont location to pay my son's bill and his account was cancelled. The clerk there said he needed to go to a location re-activate his phone and call agent to get old number back. NOT TRUE! I called customer service and they resolved it no prob. Ive been with Metro a long time and always recierve exceptional service, OVER THE PHONE!!!! I work in customer service and this kind of service is unacceptable and the reason people can't depend on it anymore. It seems they don't wanna help and will tell u anything to see you leave. Shame on you!!!!!!

To the person "MD Hale" that commented before me, this is not the same store they had an issue with. There are two Metro stores in Seaside and he confused it with the other one.

the guy who helped my was fine, I had no problem with the employee the problem i have is why did it show up on my CC billing as discoteca exitos de america ! I own a business and saw this charge and thought someone had got ahold of my card number so I called my bank had them put a hold on that card, after they suggested i go through my business log and receipts to make sure it wasn't a business transaction so i spent an hour going through receipts and found the exact amount on a phone purchase at METRO-PCS not dicoteca exitos de america (whatever this place is i don't know because Its not listed online) what a terrible business practice, a business that operates like this wont get any more of my business or a recommendation from me!

Hands down the greatest metro store in the area! If you are in Monterey or Seaside area come and see the people at this store. They are so helpful and so patient. If they don't know the answer they'll help you find one. I was able to get a new phone because the last one was stole and they were able to helop me log back into my account and restore everything I had saved!!!! and we know how difficult it is to restore your information

I love metro-pcs on fremont St. in seaside. Jaunita is very professional and friendly. She all ways helps me when i can’t figure out how to use my phone features, she is very helpful when answering all my questions and concerns i have. Everyone who works there is all ways delightful. I definitely recommend this establishment of business. If i could, id give them 10 stars thats how much i love this particular store and its employees. Especially Juanita.❤️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

MetroPCS on Seaside is the best! Unfortunately my old LG Stylo 2 finally broke while I was on my mini vacation in Monterey. Moises was my authorized dealer and was phenomenal. His customer service and his appreciation for out-of-towners was a breath of fresh air.I suggest anyone who needs honest customer service must go to Moises. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcomed in your town and for giving me the best service!
