“The most pleasant experience, all thanks to Steven. He blew me away with his genuine friendly demeanor, you do not experience that with everyone in service positions these days. I came very unprepared and he helped me quickly and did not make me feel bad for not having any of my paperwork handy. I even suggested I just leave and come back better prepared and he said no it was fine and helped me out. He quickly called Montage to coordinate my labs and was patient while I located my insurance info online. I have been here plenty of times before and did not have any "bad" experiences, but nothing worth writing a review over. He made it a positive and memorable one.”

Second time visiting this location. All the staff greeted me and offered to help with self check-in. They also offered help to the patients with self check-in, that came in after me.
The phlebotomist was very friendly, professional, gentle and quick.
I was impressed with the great service.”
