Aaliyah answered the phone and was extremely kind and patient and walked me through changing the shipping method and changing the address. “I need to return FedEx package, choose to go there, even review was not so stellar, because I want to go Carmel close by where I live & don't want to waiting.By my surprise he was very helpful & explain to me well, how to return FedEx packages( I didn't know you that, you need to bring original package with return item) anyway I was very impressed by whole thing, and thank you!!”

“Everytime I go in here the employees are knowledgeable and kind. Even if I ask a silly question or am not prepared. They guide me without having to do it all themselves(packaging). Today, I saw the manager(don't think he had a name tag: light brown hair, Caucasian) handle each customer with care while having a line. He is amazing”
