We had a great experience with Lexus Monterey and with Isaiah Tatum. Isaiah provided a quote via text and honored it with no issues. He kindly supported us while we looked at another vehicle, then changed our mind, back and forth for awhile. We asked him some out of the norm questions that needed some research. He quickly found us the answers. After the purchase, he went through all the features of the car, one by one. He helped me program my phone to work with the car and Lexus. The Finance Manager, Markeith Powell, also was very pleasant to work with. He clearly explained all the options (and many papers) without pressuring us to buy more than we wanted.
I recommend this dealership and Isaiah.

Buying my first car here at the seaside Lexus and all I can say is good things about this place. Chris the salesman is such an awesome guy! Very patient and helpful! We were there for about 4 hours lol due to some trying to work with the banks since it’s my first time buying a car but other than that they were making miracles happen and I can’t wait to finish everything off today! If you go there ask for Chris!!!

WORST...
Steve is bad at selling cars, management totally sucks big time.
Horrific experience, Went there to buy used car and was rudely responded with. Robert was helping with deal and suddenly steve intervenes that offer we are sharing is 7k below market price, although dealership is falsely marking prices on platforms like cargurus and then sharing it during test drive in person.
Robert Ponzi was good and helpful
