Will not be returning! Patient lab test results online was frustrating. Logging in was fine but could not receive info until I faxed or mail ID info! First of all info request needed to be printed, not able to complete online. I have no access to print, why does your system make it so difficult.Using another lab, my wife was able to receive her results on day one of test! Your system needs to be evaluated.

My Dr sent me here because apparently they provide quicker results than other nearby laboratories.
Second time visiting this location. All the staff greeted me and offered to help with self check-in. They also offered help to the patients with self check-in, that came in after me.
The phlebotomist was very friendly, professional, gentle and quick.
I was impressed with the great service.

Came at a good time when no other patients were there. Front desk young lady was very sweet. She was also the one who did the labs. There were 12 viles to fill and got nervous, but she was super reassuring and told me when we were half way through and almost done. I'm a wuss when it comes to needles and I barely felt it.Was in and out very quickly....however, the office did fill up on my out way. Would come back again.

Showed up at 3:28pm door was locked. Second day in a row I bus jogged here. Yesterday missed by 15 minutes. Today they closed early. Ugh. Transferring bloodwork to new place. Avoid Seaside. 1173b Fremont location.

Customer service and cleanliness is 5 star! OFELIA and ANDRES went above and beyond at my visit. They were welcoming, friendly, and so helpful! I had some issues from my dr office not sending over the orders and both were super helpful in getting those asap. It was right before their lunch but they took the time to help me and they got me in and out in no time! Thank you for your kindness!

Made an appointment 2 days in advance. Arrived early. Waited 30 minutes just to have them tell me that their computer system is down and they can't help me. Don't waist your time.

Have had to take my daughter that is 4 years old 2 times to this location and it has been a great experience There is a lady named Alexandra that's Great my daughter asked to be helped by her she was so nice explained everything to my baby girl and made her feel supper safe Just want to say Thank you to Alex you made this so easy !

This location does not honor their hours listed. On Saturday they close early. I can’t to this location at 11:45pm and the door was locked. No one was there. Saturday their listed hours are 8am- 12pm.
As I was there well before 12pm but the location was closet. Management needs to address this. As it’s a huge inconvenience.
Manage to needs to pay more attention to staff and hours the listed Business hours

I made my appointment online for 9:15,got there 20 minutes earlier, and they were able to do my labs within the next 5-7 minutes! Person in front desk is attentive, the same for the gentleman taking the blood. I recommend this lab.
