Very pleasant and professional interaction over the phone as well as in person. They were able to fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation, which was completed in about an hour. I walked to a nearby cafe and had a light breakfast while I waited for a text notification that the service was complete. They kindly addressed the questions I had and informed me of upcoming maintenance needs.

We had a fantastic experience at Green Machine Automotive! We stopped by spontaneously for an oil change, and not only did they accommodate us right away, but they also found and quickly fixed a nail in our tire. Their customer service is unparalled, and they were efficient and thorough in figuring out my car's problem, installing a new alternator and then retesting the car. They even offered me a ride to and from another location, so I wouldn't waste my time waiting for my car. It is a family-owned shop, and everyone was happy and very helpful.

Green Machine is always prompt, honest and understanding. They have made it easier to care for my car the way I should, making it last longer. They are friendly and they explain car stuff in layman’s terms, not car speak.

Dont go there,they are defrauding people, i took my car for a repair in green machine and the mechanic,Eloi jeronimo,he charged me cash to fix the problem on my car bt he didnt give me a reciept so i came back having problems with the part he replace and i toll him to fix the problem bt he refused to do it,so i talk with more people that go there n they said he always do the same,so he is stolen money from green machine cuz he charges in cash bt he doesnt report it to the shop and he is defrauding people so im going to call the var and go to court to make a small claim to green machine so the can pay me The money im using to fix the car in another shop.

I had a full engine replacement done at Green Machine and am pretty satisfied with the result. I just got the vehicle back today (04/29/24), but it seems to all be working fine and there are no codes being thrown. If something comes up I will update here.
Overall customer service of the shop was amazing. Ernesto is very nice and willing to explain everything that is going on and will immediately let you know if anything else arises that needs attention. The price is about as good as you could hope for. It is a fair, honest price for honest work. There was never a time where I felt like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of. In my case the total cost still came out to be about $2000 less than what the dealership quoted me for an engine replacement.
If you are contemplating whether or not to go to Green Machine, I recommend that you do. They are more than capable of jobs both big and small and will be honest with you about it.

I was referred here by fiance. I need to go to a different place but this place had really good reviews along with my experience here was great communication. The prices not too overboard cheap as well. I got my struts and shocks done. And also have my check engine light checked on. To help figured out that it was my thermostat and helped fix that problem. Thank you for the good service. Great communication and the place seem bigger than it looks outside.
