My printer wasn't connecting to my phone and I needed to print out some documents. I have used Fed-Ex stores for this in the past but I have not always received quick & timely assistance so the cost was a bit much. Today, at this location, Charles was so helpful and friendly. I'm sure I'll need similar help in the future & I hope Charles is here.

Update: Refunded my money, be sure to have Fedex hold your packages at the office for pickup (they weigh the box there for you). *You might need to create a Fedex account in order to have this option available

This location does not accept QR code returns. DO NOT GO HERE unless you have your box taped up with a return label already attached.

I've had to go to a lot of different FedExs in the area lately to ship out a large number of items. This FedEx is my favorite one because all of the staff here is friendly and quick- even when I hold up the line with my large amount of items. Thank y'all.

Jerry, in the shipping department, helped me mail two boxes (overdue from Christmas!) to my daughter and nieces and nephew. We had a nice conversation about the holidays and these crazy gas prices here, all while he was processing the packages. He even said he would wait for me to go get another package from my car (since I could not carry both at the same time). He even taped up both packages. I think the most important thing is that he didn't make me feel rushed - which is how the post office makes me feel. I'll be back to ship some Valentine's gifts in a few weeks.

I'm giving one star because zero stars is not an option. Horrible rude service. I went in to print a page of a document I sent to them. No one would help me. They had one other customer and she was sorting her prints. Finally this one customer showed me how to start my printing. Worst service ever! I will NEVER EVER use fed ex for printing again. It is faster to buy a printer at Best Buy, open the box, set it up & print!

I had the experience of great customer service. Divina I believe is the team members name she greeted me with a smile and a song. It was a great change from the last time I was at the location, and the new manager Ken was very helpful. Divina thank you for brightening up my day and your place of business. Please never change...

Last week, I dropped by and a wonderful female service staff member put the 2 puzzles I had, in a box and sent it off, for a reasonable fee. Cost was 1/3 less than the USPS. Happy camper! I came by today, for the same process. The young man told me he needed a larger box, because he was out of the correct size. He then told me the box was about $9, plus another $23 to send it to Washington state! Crazy! The two used puzzles were sold for $10.50 on E-bay and they want about $32 to send: no way!!!! I said: NO!! Wrapped them at home, and sent them USPS for $21. Still crazy, but I did not get totally ripped off by an arrogant service staff member. FedEx lost my respect and business. Such a shame to get hustled, especially in these difficult times. Buyers/Consumers beware! Just say no, to unethical behavior!

Looking for Friendly Helpful people to assist with your shipping needs, this is the place. I needed to ship some electronics and they wrapped them up for me quite expertly, and my package arrived as promised and intact. Today I shipped a care package to my daughter who is attending college in another state. I had some odd shaped items such as a Water Pik she left behind at Christmas. Similar experience with the wrapping and they always have the perfect size box which I don't usually have lieing around the house. Super easy and quick check out process. Anytime I need something wrapped, packaged, boxed and sent out this is my Go To Stop!! Kudos to both of the staff I have had help me on my visits. There are lots of other services available such as printing and self help shipping as well. Unfortunately since all the Covid regulations the staff here are not handling things as well as they could. I had a less than satisfactory experience recently and won't be planning on returning until all the restrictions end. I was asked to stand 6 feet from the counter which although understandable does not work well, and other accommodations need to be made (Retraining). I was expected to yell out my personal information to the entire store, and after a few attempts to problem solve I chose to leave. After searching and contacting Fedex I located another supply store (2 hours later). The Blessings that came out of all this: a new location, closer to home, super friendly staff, and with longer hours for same day ship. Oh I also got to stand close enough to the employee to not need to yell.....definitely a plus. The location is Lower Ragsdale up in Ryan Ranch Monterey CA.

I felt compelled to leave a review for Angel (I believe the manager) I messed a few things up and he was super helpful. Not to mention that while I was there he handled himself incredibly professionally despite some very "challenging" customers coming in with bizarre requests.

Today, about 2pm, while sitting at my desk by the open (with screen) front door, the local FedEx man delivered a medium box labeled in large colorful letters "Fragile Handle with Care", by tossing it over the low, unlocked, gate landing it on the concrete by the front door. FedEx truck/van with Calif license 67528C2 (67S28C2 ?) truck#407... I did not get the truck number down, when I came out into the street while he was turning the truck around. I waved to him complain to him, but he drove on by. So much for FedEx giving a rat's a** about "Fragile Handle with Care" packages. Then I called FedEx customer service was was put on seemingly endless hold.

This place does not understand what customer service means. Stopped in to use self service computer and print a color photo. Computer gave all the options. However nothing printed. The clerk said they cannot print color, thought I could show him the option and the fact that I paid. Instead of helping the clerk was indignant and shouted there is no color printing. I suggested he put up a note on the computers to help future customers and he scoffed. SMH.

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I prefer to ship Fedex when I require delivery confirmation or a higher level of reliability when compared to other shipping providers, and this Fedex location solidifies my preference. This location provides confirmation calls when I make changes online, which I greatly appreciate. Parking does cause a little bit of trouble, specifically during the afternoon/evening.
