I was hit by an Enterprise car rental car customer a month ago. Their customer was driving the wrong way on my side of the road. My car was undriveable so I needed a rental car right away. So I rented a car while I waited for the process to run it's course. Enterprise partners with Sedgewick to handle insurance claims when their customer buys the insurance instead of using their personal insurance. My one star rating is for Enterprise who has partnered with Sedgewick. (I raised it to a one star since Google wouldn't accept a zero rating.) It was 10 days before Sedgwick provided me with a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. Additionally, they have not paid for the first 10 days where I needed a car to drive while mine sat for them to investigate. Fast forward ten days to today. The repair shop has completed the repair and the car shop is now calling me to contact Sedgewick to arrange for payment. Who does this? Enterprise should look to a more reputable company to partner with that actually follows through on providing insurance that has value. In addition, I just received word from Sedgewick that they want me to "front" the money so I can pick up my car today and not wait on a check. That sounds like a smart thing to do since Sedgwick hasn't paid me anything for the receipts I sent in more than a week ago. (They've held up on that as I've needed to track down my vehicle registration for them as they have missed placed my earlier email.) This is definitely not the image I think Enterprise would want to be known for. Unbelievable 20 days of frustration and counting.

Julio's number one objective is to provide extraordinary customer satisfaction. I walked into Enterprise and seen him go out of his way to ensure his customer left with a smile and an overall great experiences. When I picked up my rental Julio didn't have a 6-7 seater. He assured me they were expecting some suvs back in on Monday. I called back and he had a 6-8 rental ready for me that would seat my entire family. Julio's extraordinary customer service pours throughout the office. It is contagious. Today Zack and Mo displayed the same energetic expectations of providing extraordinary customer service. Thank you fellas for going out of your way for your customers. It was very refreshing to see and experience that high level of professionalism and service from eveyone I spoke with/dealt with in the office.

Excellent customer service & communication. My rental is based on post-accident personal car that needs repair. I had full coverage (shout out to Farmers Insurance!!), so I was referred to this particular office where I was given a choice of any car in the fleet. Sadly, I'm a minimalist / no frills person, so I picked a basic car that emphasized safety & gas mileage. Vehicle is clean, well-maintained, & devoid of weird smells. I had an issue with the back wiper blade & it was quickly resolved by onsite staff. The office is clean & welcoming. Staff use tablets & desk computers, so the flow is quick. It's a busy place at 805 am, but everyone was paired with an agent. The only person who complained started out with complaints: 'I want..' 'I need..' 'I don't like..' Damn, woman. Take a breath & let them do their jobs. There was a vehicle available in every option -- EV, truck, van, mini, maxi, luxury, speed demon -- srsly, whatever we wanted (or could afford!). Communication has been via phone, txt, & email. It's all be professional & succinct. Thank you, Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Echo St)!! **EDIT: Within minutes after I posted this review, the manager commented. That is how you do business, Folks!! #customerserviceallstar

It is done through a simple procedure to rent and return. The rental car is being kept clean. The vehicle model year was also equipped with a relatively up-to-date vehicle.Still, it is recommended that you take a video before you receive your vehicle.

Customer service beyond belief. Dear Enterprise of Seaside, Congratulations upon being and hiring only kind, helpful, NICE employees. In addition, BAM, they know how do their jobs quickly and drama free while serving multiple customers. Thank you so very much for helping me when I was in a stressful situation. People? Have a lot of new managers, one manager told me over the phone that I had a $200 deposit and when I returned the car with paid the balance. When I got there another manager told me that if I use the debit card I had to pay the whole thing but I told I was paying with the major credit card and I only had to pay $200 for the deposit. Then when I called because something wasn't right. The manager told me that I only paid the deposit and that I needed to pay the things that I rented the car which were eight days in full or that I needed to take the car back. I have always paid a deposit and paid the rental at the end when I return the car. My car was totaled and I had to pay out of pocket for the rental, because the other person's insurance doesn't deal with rental companies. That was pretty upsetting because I've always rented vehicles from Enterprise and I don't know what happened that now their policy is that you have to pay everything up front. I have to say the two managers that I spoke to First were very friendly the last one that I spoke to was very rude.

Both Julio and Zach (2 locations) worked together to help find a vehicle to fit my needs, even offering to trade cars once others were returned. My chosen car was brand new, so I kept it.

Enterprise saved my long weekend vacation. Me and my family traveling from LA to Monterey Bay, just right before we reached our destination, we got targeted and tired got stabbed at Salinas, CA. We tow the car to Volvo dealer at Monterey Bay. It's Saturday morning. Unfortunately, the dealer did not have my tire at the moment. And they cannot place an order during the weekend. Which means we need a rental car over the weekend. Julio from Enterprise Seaside helped us and he made the transition and worry free. I really appreciate everything that he did for me and my family!

Wow, my experience with Enterprise Auto Rental in Seaside, CA was beyond impressive! Even though I arrived just before closing time at noon on a busy Saturday, I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. Despite the long waiting line with many customers, Branch Manager, Julio, went above and beyond to keep us informed and make sure we weren't ignored. He even came up with an ingenious solution for a customer with a complicated need - a special Sunday morning pickup. Julio's concern and engagement with all of us waiting was truly impressive. When it was my turn, Daniel Jones efficiently helped me with my rental. Both Enterprise representatives were pleasant under pressure, while staying late to assist everyone in the long line. The vehicle I rented performed great and the return process was a breeze. I'll definitely be back to Enterprise for my future car rental needs!

Excellent staff!! Very friendly and very courteous. The vehicle I rented was very clean and they got me on the road as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this location over the others in the area. They also had more vehicles on site than the other location. The location is very convenient to access.
