After 2.5 months of driving around and meeting different salesmen at different Subaru locations this was by a loooooong shot THE best! I had such bad experiences at every other dealership due to my age and gender. Constantly being treated as if I know nothing and having contracts shoved in my face thinking I’m too young to understand any of it. However, this place was a completely different experience for me. Shout out to Tony for that! He was amazing at explaining the things I didn’t understand while still treating me like a human being with a brain. He was very charismatic, easy to talk to, VERY caring, and overall amazing amazing attitude! You could tell this man loves his job and wants to take care of you. By the time I met Tony I had given up on buying my dream car, a Subaru Legacy, but after meeting him I went home with one that was EXACTLY what I wanted. I could not be happier in my Suby and with my experience there. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is purchasing a vehicle for the first time or at all!!! Thanks Tony for everything!

I bought my Subaru in LA and that's where I'd get it serviced when I lived there. Cypress Coast Subaru is leagues better. The people are friendlier and more transparent, the service is better, and the experience is always seamless. I brought my car in yesterday for a service knowing I'd likely need new brakes (which is what they told me during the last service- something I appreciated so it wouldn't come as a surprise). Matt W couldn't have been more helpful. He answered all of my questions, walked me through my options, pricing, etc. and got me the best deal possible. My car was ready after the shuttles had stopped running so he even deducted the price of my uber back to the dealership from my total. I got my car back working good as new and spotless. Bringing my car in to get serviced has always been something I dread (much like the dentist). Cypress Coast Subaru makes it so painless and hassle free. Thank you again, Matt!

The service center team is phenomenal! Not only are they friendly and helpful, but they’re looking out for your wallet as well. I went in for my 60K service which I knew was going to be expensive and John David was able to save me money by scheduling only the service that was necessary. He was very upfront about the work and costs and was even able to shave a few hundred dollars off using the Costco card discount. Everything was done within the day and they shuttled me to and from my home.If you want the best for your Subaru, take it to this service center!

Excellent customer service! All salesmen were polite and highly educated on the model that I purchased. I would absolutely recommend to others to purchase a new WRX as it has been the newest and nicest car I’ve owned so far.

My previous car started having issues the WEEK of Christmas (2022) & after bringing it in to Toyota, we weren't happy with the options or the service from their Sales team when looking at options to purchase a new car if worst came to worse. We walked the auto mall browsing other cars & were greeted within 1 minute by Dylan on the Subaru lot.Long story short, Toyota gave us the run around while Subaru was there to help me & get me back in the road for a busy Christmas holiday ahead. Special thanks to Dylan & KC at this location! They treated us like family & gave us all the available options to ensure we were taken care of & were able to make the right decision. I will never buy a car from another dealership again, because Cypress Coast Subaru is where it's at! I HIGHLY recommend this team & recommend them to all my friends & family that mention needing to buy a new car.**UPDATE** I forgot to post this review, but wanted to say I am still as happy I as I was when I first bought this car in December 2022. We also had our first maintenance appointment with their service department, & received incredible customer service from our service advisor, Matt. From Sales to Service, you can't beat this team! Thank you guys!

When you want to deal with the best I highly recommend Cypress Coast Subaru. They have a terrific sales team and I recommend Tina who is absolutely fantastic. I also recommend this dealership for servicing your Subaru and everyone in service is great. I like dealing with Matt or John because they know me and they know exactly what I want before I say anything. The new building is beautiful and Cypress Coast are just good people to deal with.

Love the car, didn’t love the customer service experience. Leased a forester a few years ago and enjoyed it enough to buy it out at the end, at the price already negotiated in the contract. Salesperson contacted me 5 months early, and repeatedly every several weeks, to see if I wanted to “upgrade” despite me being quite clear I wanted to buy it out. I understand that’s her job so I don’t take that personally. What I take personally is that when I’m ready to buy it i’m told I have to come to the dealership, a few hours away from where I now live, so I drive down after an 80hr work week of nights in the hospital on my one day off on minimal sleep and they proceed to try to charge me an additional $5k when the price is written right there in the contract. I point this out: no apology, no clarification, they just come back with a new paper that’s now $1k extra. What is the point of negotiating the price at the start of the lease and having a contract if one party doesn’t have to hold up their end of the agreement?? Then I have to speak to a manager to learn I didn’t have to come to the dealership at all and can buy it without extra charges straight from subaru. Clearly I should have done more research, but the whole thing felt sneaky and underhanded. I’m sure many people just pay thousands they don’t have to. It’s short-sighted, because now that they basically tried to trick me out of a bunch of money I certainly won’t ever go back and will tell all my friends and family in the area to also not go there.

Many years ago i was having car trouble and stopped by the dealership.i was told i needed a new engine.something did not seem right and i left the dealership in search of second opinion miracle. Pulled into a small vw repair shop who diagnosed the problem as my points had slipped then repaired it for 17 dollars and i was on my way

So awesome after a month of posting this review I still get negative messages from the who must be the staff at this dealership. Making derogatory comments and name calling very mature.... you do understand the nature of yelp is for people opions of interactions with business, you only go to further my point.All ypu have to do is answer two simple questions why is the Part manager telling customers they can only order complete assemblies?Why did the service manager bill an extra hour shop time to remove a bolt that has to be removed to preform a service that is already being billed. If the service took more than an hour no problem, but the service took less than an hour, which was the estimated time. Answer these 2 simple question instead of making personal attacks and name calling.

Friendly staff no matter the dept! Beautiful new dealership to go with the beautiful Subarus! Was sad to discover Matt is no longer part of the sales dept. Thankfully he’s at the Santa Cruz Subaru and makes it worth the drive! Matt is great at explaining in detail and is quite thorough.

Justin made us feel at ease right away.He was calm and patient while we were testing the car and deciding between cars. He explained into detail the differences between the models we were looking at and while listing the various upgrades and add ons we never felt pressured.The process was smooth and efficient. Will definitely do business with him and this dealership again!

Initially I booked service for the late afternoon and changed my schedule around and when I got there I was told that the service couldn't be done so late in the day. I was bothered but understanding and I came back the next day as scheduled. I called and asked about a loaner before coming in and there was a little bit of delay but in the end, I had a loaner car and my car was service and ready to go the next day. I've only had my car back for a day so I'll come back and report anything off. But overall the service manager was communicative, knowledgeable and friendly and that really takes the burden off of worry about your car.

Just bought a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek from the guys down at Cypress Coast Subaru. Specifically worked with Dylan for the sales portion, and Justin for the finances. Dylan was super chill, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable. Justin made the paperwork real easy and straightforward, which is always great. Would definitely buy another car from these guys in the future.
