The guys working here are awesome. They always have a smile on their face and are happy to help. They will do their best to answer any question and/or provide advice. The store is not too big, but has a little of everything. However, don't expect to find every color or every size on a given item in stock. I wish they had more variety of leather jackets, pants and suits (for that you may have to travel to the San Jose location). On arrival they may ask you if you need help on have any questions, but after that they won't follow you around awkwardly, which is awesome so you can buy peacefully. Highly recommended.

The staff is great they always can order a part if it’s not in the store and not discontinued. They also have loaner tools So you can install your battery in the parking lot. Just wish the Seaside location still had the Monthly events. I feel like I was close to finally winning a prize ?

First time at this location. Was greeted with in 5 seconds of walking in and asked if I needed help. Shop has pretty good selections. Emily took her time explaining how some helmets might differ in size. She also offered to order the helmet online. Found a Strada2 Animale great print unfortunately it was not in stock. Emily went above and beyond and let me know San Jose had 1 in stock. Instead of making me call or let alone just show up for nothing. She went above and beyond to actually call, make a store check, and set the helmet aside for me. Awesome experience definitely recommend this Cycle Gear!!!

Excellent customer service. Clark was very knowledgeable and took great patience to explain and demonstrate the options on new helmets and intercom systems. Made my purchase as an informed and happy customer. Great store with excellent selection of gear.

Very nice store & staff, I can recall in the past that building was Kenny Shoe Store...we are talking many years ago..Unpon entering the store, the inventory and & the decor is very easy on the eyes.If I could request one thing that would add energy in the atmosphere in the store that is to put different motorcycle racing events/ touring and/or events, recreation and restaurants around the peninsula on the tv's attached to the ceiling

The staff at Cycle Gear in Seaside are the best. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought a new bike and needed all new gear. They helped me find exactly what I was looking and explained the difference in multiple options. I also purchased the RPM membership to earn cash back and discounts and that’s something I always pass on but not with Cycle Gear. I was so satisfied with the service I will definitely come back for all my riding gear and accessories. If you haven’t shopped at Cycle gear I highly recommend you give them a try. I felt like a kid on Christmas Day and can’t wait to go buy some more stuff.

I came by here last week to check out some gear for my new bike and there was a man with his pants down taking a crap in the parking lot. It was absolutely disgusting. There were three other people that appeared to have taken up residence in the parking lot shrubbery with this man. There was a tent, trays of belongings, food scraps, trash everywhere etc. It was really gross. Unfortunately I didn't make it through the door and I'm super glad I didn't have my wife and kids with me to see this! Gross!!

I came here this morning to look at some new tires for my bike and maybe a new helmet. I parked in the parking lot and got out of my car. Before I could make it inside a very aggressive, unkempt man popped out of the bushes yelling profanities and stumbling towards me. He had several shopping carts of junk and bedding set up in the parking lot and the bushes in the parking lot. There were other people sleeping in the bushes as well. I also noticed trash and discarded personal items throughout the parking lot. I jumped back in my car and left as quickly as I could. This location is clearly not safe and I will not be returning here for any reason

The Seaside store had a huge selection of helmets, which is what I needed. The staff was not only VERY knowledgeable but patience as well. I ended up buying a much more expensive helmet that I had planned. This was due to several factors but being pressured was not one of them. The staff simply explained the difference in helmets and advantages/disadvantages and left the ball in my court. I also purchased a comma system which they installed for me. I highly recommend Cycle Gear in Seaside.

This Cycle Gear has been in Seaside, CA since 2020. As far as inventory there is plenty, the Lids I have not seen nothing like this place as far as selection goes. If you like to window shop or just do your browse around the employees wont bother you, but if you need to ask about anything they will handle it.
