I recently purchased an under-counter refrigerator from B.I.D. There were many details that my cabinetmaker needed to know to ensure a built-in look for the fridge. I directed my contractor’s and cabinetmakers’s many questions to Sean at B.I.D.about dimensions, articulated hinges, swing angle off door, adjustable height, etc.
Sean very patiently searched for and provided me with the answers I needed. He is an excellent communicator and great at customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with B.I.D.

It is really great having a local appliance store so close in Santa Cruz! We wanted to order a pricy Wolf vent and blower, and was very pleasantly surprised to have a distributor so nearby. They are very professional and helpful, and the shop has a great selection of vents, stoves, ovens, cooktops, refrigerator/freezers, and dishwashers on display, covering a range of price points and styles!

We were looking for a microwave oven, and Louis helped us choose the right model. He showed us several different ones, was very knowledgeable about all of the features, and he made the process easy and enjoyable. He also arranged to have it installed in our home.
