“Very pleasant and professional interaction over the phone as well as in person. They were able to fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation, which was completed in about an hour. I walked to a nearby cafe and had a light breakfast while I waited for a text notification that the service was complete. They kindly addressed the questions I had and informed me of upcoming maintenance needs.”

“Solis Auto worked on my Ford Transit and installed new brakes. They were fast and everything worked out great. I brought my Audi in for a break job, and this was tricky because of the types of brakes required. The first set squeaked and I had to bring the car back. They opened a spot for me and installed a different set of breaks at no cost. Those ended up squeaking also, so I had to bring the Audi back again. Solis did the research and found the best breaks for the vehicle. The noise finally settled down. The fact is - even with a difficult situation - they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Solis does not manufacture breaks so I know the squeaking was not their problem, but they certainly went out of their way as if it were. I appreciate their team a great deal after that transaction.”

“I want to give a shout out to my friends, Pasquale and Fadi who helped me with an engine valve problem that was diagnosed and fixed quickly within 2 hours. The level of personal attention and expertise in their field was welcome as some places don't take the time to know the customer. Had I gone directly to the dealer, the costs would have been significantly more. Their costs were very reasonable and I appreciate the efficient work of the employees. I will definitely bring my car back for more services and maintenance.

“Really happy to find a good local shop! My work truck needed some love as I was approaching 100,000 miles.Abraham and the crew did an awesome job and got my truck fixed up and returned quickly. While they were replacing the front struts and lower ball joints they discovered that my brake calipers had come loose and the hardware was damaged, they fixed the calipers and replaced the hardware with out charging me for the labor! Abraham is very friendly and took the time to give me clear updates about what was happening. It's refreshing to work with people like Abraham and I highly recommend this shop, My truck is running the best it has in a long time thanks to the crew at Automotive Service Center of Seaside!”

“My regular Lexus mechanic didn't seem to know about tire sensors. I called several places and was finally referred to Monterey Tire. He said it's first come first serve, so I went over tot the shop. I was waiting to get into the office, there was a line.Then Carlos asked if he could help me. I told him my problem and he grabbed his tool and went around to each tire and found the sensor that was out. It was $95 parts and labor and he fixed it on the spot. A really nice guy who explained everything and was king, as was the guy in the office. A great morning. Thanks Carlos.”

Generally I do all my own maint but occasionally I will use a shop and nine times of ten they want more to fix my car than it's even worth. This guy is great! A real genuine person who isn't out to rip you off. I called and he was close by so was at my house in less than 10 minutes! Worth every dollar and it was super affordable!
