“Seaside Branch Manager Hai Tran is a gem and deserves recognition. We are long-term BofA customers who have seen the contraction of staff and the apparent disregard of top management deteriorate over the years. BUT ... last week when I was calling around to find a safety deposit box (and 7 branches had failed to even pick up the phone!! - not even pick up the phone) Hai Tran picked up the phone, talked to me in real-time, and set up an appointment for the next morning. The next morning, as scheduled, he assigned competent staff to help me and the task was done right, the first time, less than 24 hours after my call. We appreciate that.”

“Used this shop based on its military connection and access to Fort Ord. They are absolutely a great shop and mechanics. I had a lot that needed to be worked on after the alternator went bad and killed a lot of other stuff. The price of the parts and labor was more than fair. I'd say it's the best you're going to find anywhere in this area or state. They also didn't try to make up work. Just an old school feel to an all around mechanic shop that actually cares about the community.”
