My wife and I just moved to the area a few weeks ago, and after coming to this location multiple times, I can honestly say this is the most welcoming 7-11 I've been to, and I've been to countless stores all over the country. Devontaye, the General Manage, is an outstanding human and his positive energy is contagious and definitely radiates to all of the employees. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by to get some coffee and snacks.

I went to load my PayPal account as I usually do at a 711. He said it was declined (never has happened in the 50+ times I’ve loaded it at a 711). I asked him if we can try again he said no… I went down the street to the next 711 & it worked. I remembered why I don’t go to this 711 anymore. The family is rude that runs it.

The young man is rude and when you give him a suggestion he takes it personal he charges anywhere between 90 aninety and a $.39, .89 for a cup of ice I was not given my I discount from Newport pleasures that I've used in the past area was told that it was fate I told him if you are not familiar with something it's OK to ask for help

The worker there is rude never says hello and will watch your every move. All I was getting was a coffee and I felt like I was being looked at like a thief. Only grunts will be heard. No thank you have a good day or anything. Kinda creepy

Refuses bathroom to paying customers.If you want to see the restroom inform them it is state law that they have a public restroom if they sell food and drinks.They lie about the availability of their restroom.

My uncle went to this store today Sunday 3/20/22 around 1:20 he got his purchase. (We shop here all the time) one of the guys working there had the worst attitude with him. Being short and rude, he rang my uncle up and did not even offer him a bag, my uncle asked for a bag and he threw the bag at him. Worst service ever.

I went home today to redeem a 10$ gift card I bought from 711 the lady probably 40 scammed me because it said invalid when I redeemed it. I demand a new gift card

I have been a customer of this particular 7/11 for over 15 years as my family owns a neighboring business. There is a sweet older lady there that is super helpful, Rick has always been incredible and the manager Ron is helpful when he is actually there. Unfortunately, there is a gentleman there that always has his AirPods in and clearly HATES his job. His manager came in when he was being rude to me because he had sold me FOUR defective JUUL batteries ($10 a pop) in one month and told me he'd replace it two days ago when I had to buy yet ANOTHER and then claimed he'd never seen me or my husband (an Active Duty Military Linguist) and then started speaking Farsi to the other employee there, speaking inappropriately about us while laughing. Little did Ron know my husband is a linguist and could understand what they were saying including the word "" which means the f-slur or can also mean a sissy or "******* When I told Ron that guy needed to go in the back if he couldn't control himself, the rude employee replied telling me "My Uncle OWNS this 7/11 so I can do what I want and he won't fire me". Which is EXACTLY what he does. He even lied to his manager about wearing AirPods all day when I have a still shot from the video (see below) I took of the confrontation to send to JUUL Corporate and 7/11's Corporate Offices. I hope the employee's hate and homophobia are worth losing a customer of 15 years along with every single one of our employees who work next door.

We went here to get some free slurpees for 7-11 and when we went to tell him about the free slurpees he says it’s only free to people with the app like let it be known to the customers and put a sign instead of letting them proceed and get the slurpeee thinking they would get it free. ?

I went here today August 14th at 530pm and tried to buy some organic 7 select juice that is advertised 2/$3 but it was ringing up as $5. I even showed the cashier the sign that said 2/$3 and he still wouldn't sell it to me for the advertised price!!! If your signage is incorrect please take it down.

Not a very welcoming store. Staff are unfriendly as well as not being helpful. I went in to buy lotto scratchers for someone's birthday and the clerk acted as if it was a difficult task. Store also has strange people hanging around out front. Would not recommend nor will I be back.

The worst 7-11 in town! Honestly every time I go in the workers there have the worst mood and they aren't even wearing mask even though it is required in the monterey County. Avoid this place if possible just go to another one.

If you can avoid coming here please do so.... Horrible service the last 2x I have come here.. guy working is always in a horrible mood there are no precautions being taken by this facility during this COVID19. Employee wasn't wearing a mask and place looked dirty.
