Way too expensive for service. I had a gold cross pendent polished and a small clasp put on a small gold chain. I was charged $75. In past experience most jewelry stores clean rings and polish for no charge. I will never go back. I have other jewelry stores in the area that I frequent that have never charged for cleaning. They are who I will go to for my next purchase. I will not recommend Vintage Jewelry...

Leo and his wife are so kind and welcoming! My husband and I went there last summer to get our wedding rings made. Leo made a custom wedding ring that fit perfectly with my engagement ring. You would've thought they came from the same jeweler even though my engagement ring is generations old. We will definitely be back!

Went here this afternoon asking if my ring could be cleaned. The man behind the counter said it needed a lot more work, which I wasn't interested in doing, so I said, calmly, that's okay and took my ring back. I was also getting a little bit of a weird feeling, so I walked to the door. He started yelling after me, "why are you getting upset? I'm just telling you what you need to do?" To which I responded, "nobody's getting upset. I just don't want to do all that work" and tried to leave. That's when I realized he had locked me in. My husband was with me and despite both of us calmly asking multiple times to be let out, he wouldn't until my husband did finally raise his voice a bit. We both felt very uncomfortable and thought we might have to either call the police or break the glass to get out and I shudder to think about what might have happened if I was by myself. Women beware.

Excellent service was done in 2 days. They fixed my diamond ring that was loose and it looks brand new. Will definitely go back if I need anything else fixed.

My grandmother left me her wedding ring and I had it dipped in white gold so I could wear it. It came out beautiful. They are so nice there and really took care of me. They had the ring done in no time too. I highly recommend Village Jewelers!

One star because it wont let me put 0. I brought my watch to this shop some time ago but am just now getting around to writing the review as i was finally able to get it professionally repaired, fixing the issues that village jewelers caused. I initially brought my watch, a Seiko SKX007, in to have the movement swapped as the original had sustained water damage. The owner, a older gentleman, assured me that he could repair the watch with original seiko parts "better than new". I reluctantly agreed and picked my watch up a week later. upon picking the watch up, it now kept time several mins/day fast, an issue I did not have previously. I brought it back and it was returned to me again, without the problem being resolved. I brought it back AGAIN, and was told that since it is not a very expensive watch, that this is common.( note this watch was $300 new) I explained that even before it was damaged, the most it would run fast/day was 10-15sec, but i was told "look, it is not a Rolex, this is how it works" . Frustrated, I left the watch one last time, where he stated he would also repair the rotating bezel free of charge. I picked my watch up a few days later and it still ran fast, and the bezel now fit loose, and the action of the rotation was crunchy and inconsistent . Bottomline, only come to this shop for watch repair of you are ok with borderline AMATURE watchmaking skills.

My wife and I were randomly walking down Main Street, actually looking for ice cream when we happened upon Leo and his wife at village jewelers. What a friendly couple! We both were treated very well although we were in our scrubby beach clothes. They asked what we liked and showed us jewelry that fit our styles. We ended up purchasing 3 rings, they offered to clean and polish the jewelry we were wearing for free. They gave us deals on all our purchases! This is now my go to! Their selection, prices and friendly service was a breath of fresh air. Will add photos soon!

A diamond fell out of my ring and it needed to be reset. We were new y to the area and didn't have a relationship with a local jeweler. When we stopped in and spoke to the owners, we were convinced this was who we wanted to develop a relationship. The cost was reasonable and the work was exceptional. Highly recommend.
