This is an Authorized Dealer not a Verizon store, their signage does not have the Authorized Retailer sign on the building. I sat there for over 30 mins just for them to tell me they couldn't help me, when they could have said that when I entered. There is a reason they do not put up the Authorized Retailer signage that other locations use.

This place has created a nightmare for us. First please understand this is a Verizon affiliation store (Victra), not an actual Verizon store. That means they are there to up sale you on products and services to make their profit. If you want a new phone, they will add $40.00 to the cost - and some of their team will not even tell you about it. Accessories are overpriced as well. Since this is not an actual Verizon store, if you are having an issue and are out of state or down in San Diego for the weekend - other stores can't help with the phone (Verizon can help with the service). Want to make an exchange or adjustment? Back to this store only and get ready for hidden fees. The integrity of this place is also highly suspect. This was most obvious when a different customer came in, the wait was long and they asked if they could just call customer service and the assistant manager said no, the system is always messed up when a new iPhone comes out. Come back tomorrow. Really? Just because of the release of a product, there are technical issues? BS. For our specific problem was the same assistant manager who we placed our original order through, went back the following day to change one of phones we were getting and told us to wait for the phones to come in and he would take care of things. No problem. However, when we get there after all the phones are in, and we talk about the upgrade - he tells us they only have black (in color). Small issue, fine no big deal. However, what he did, without disclosure or our consent is downgrade the phone as well. We could only be provided an emailed receipt (wonder why). We did not see that deception until we got home (late) and the next day contacted the store. I get an appointment with the manager the next day, talk to him and he said he's going to take care of us. I'll get a call later that day (Saturday) or the following Monday. I receive no contact, no notice on where still working on the issue until I have to call back late Monday and best I get is to leave a message (again). Tuesday I finally get a call and they just want to pass me back to the same assistant manager that originally deceived us. What? How is this taking care of my problem? he solution to my problem? They will swap my phones out, but charge me still 39.99 per phone as an additional service fee. For their problem, their mistake, they want to add charges to me to fix it. There are official Verizon stores in Lakewood and Cerritos Towne Center which I would recommend you go to and don't pay the extra for this store. I am also warning you that they will not be honest, why didn't we get a printed receipt and only by email? So we would not notice. Why would things be handled later? Because they are trying to string us along. It should not be this hard. It should be transparent and up front. This place is not that. Do not go here.
