I had some challenges with my phone and came to MY Verizon store Marcella assisted me. Per evaluation, I needed new phone. Marcella was efficient, knowledgeable, PATIENT, and kind. I also replaced my watch with health ap. I LOVE that, too.
Have been customer since I moved to Seal Beach in 2012. (Started when store was on other side of street). Have found representatives consistently helpful and kind. THANK YOU AGAIN, MARCELLA!!

Aggressive sales heavy store I don't recommend. They tried to change my plan even though i only wanted to use my verizon phone upgrade, tried to get me to buy samsung claiming pixels were hard to get, got a second sales rep to help sell me when i was getting ready to leave, and were not happy when i went to shake their hands and leave. this is most likely an authorized retailer store who is concerned about sales numbers only. Do not reply to my comments, do not reach out to me for "customer satisfaction".

I got helped by Marcela and she was so good at her job. She helped me get into my new phone and tablet. She got me a great deal and helped me transfer all of my stuff over. She was very nice and patient. I'm so happy with my experience at this location.

Visited the week before with a question and was met with Miles M. He suggested what I should do and was very kind and enthusiastic despite closing in the next five minutes. The following week, I needed assistance so I returned to the same location and was met with the smiley face of Miles again. This time, he assisted me with what I needed prior and turned it into a wonderful time. We ended up getting my phone situated faster than I expected (free of charge) and even helped set my partner up with the internet and disneyplus bundle plan. He was a lovely person and if I need any help, I will definitely go look for him. If you need help and want it to be an efficient and lovely experience, ask for Miles!

First red flag, they're an authorized dealer and have no indication anywhere. Go to another location.
I was told repeatedly that the accessories that pushed down my throat were, "included with the phone purchase". I thought it was fishy, so I continued to ask 3 times if it costs extra and I was reassured, "no it's included with the phone."
I asked once more, "so this phone would be the same price if I bought the phone alone VS. purchasing them with the accessories?" And was told, "yes."
I was charged $140 for two screen protectors, $47 for a phone case, $47 for a USB-C cord, and $37 for a charging brick. They so graciously threw on a $35 "discount" to these overpriced items they scammed me on. Does $270 in extra charges sound like it's "included" with the phone?
They continued to IMMEDIATELY apply the screen protectors and am now being told they cannot return them.

Went here to get a new phone. I was told the cost would be the same as the quote I got online. To my surprise, I was hit with an installation fee and a "mandatory bundle purchase" of over $300. Representative told me I could not decline the bundle since it was part of the deal. I was not informed of the installation fee either, instead of waiting 2 hours at the store, I could've done the installation myself. Definitely sketchy third party store. Go to corporate Verizon store instead.

I visited this Seal Beach store in March to buy a new Samsung phone and I asked for Marcella yet she was off that day so Vanna helped me. Vanna was fantastic and could answer all my questions and also made recommendations like to get the lens covers to protect them from scratches. She transfered everything on my old phone and it all went very smoothly. I even purchased a tablet. She was great and I will come to this store again and refer others to this location. The sad part is that I dropped my phone AND now I have a crack in my screen. But I love the workers in this store.
