Wow, that was fast, easy, and not crazy expensive. Maub was a delight. He fixed the cracked screen efficiently and as expected plus it came with a new battery. For reference, it was a Samsung Galaxy S20+, took 2 hours and cost $174.18 with tax. Now it works and looks great! Thanks for fixing it!

Google recommended this shop for a covered screen warranty repair. Google chat recommended I come here directly. Shop refused to accept the phone for warranty repair and stated to send it to Google directly.
So the moral of the story is dont waste your time with their rude staff who follow a script and don't accept a warranty repair.
Edit: Responding at 4:43pm to the Owner:
This wasn't an issue for a different uBreakiFix only a half hour drive away. This is a training issue, and the individual operating the counter seemed very clear that he wasn't interested in doing this repair. I felt incredibly disrespected, compared to treatment at another location.

I brought my iPhone 8+ to replace the shattered screen. It only took an hour or so and my phone looks like its brand new. Repair was quick and the owner was pleasant to deal with. I've been here before for a shattered iPad screen, and if anything happens again, I'll be back - no question!

EDIT: Funny that I got a response on this google review while waiting because I ended up waiting til 10:55am, almost an hour, and they're still closed! Please notify us if your hours are going to change for the day. As I was waiting I already saw four customers arrive to the storefront and leave.
I made an appointment to get my Samsung earbuds fixed since it was still under warranty. I saw that this was a recommended store by Samsung so I made an appointment for the next day and drove over. Come to find that the store was closed, despite me having made an appointment and their business hours stating they'd be open at the time I arrived. I called and left a voice mail, no answer. I waited 30 minutes since I didn't want to waste the drive and still closed.
