Do not order from this company. The return policy is awful. 4.99 because the shoes do not run true to size. Find another pair of lifting shoes. Waste of money. I lost money to order these shoes.

Do not order custom suits and caps from this company. Almost everything our company ordered this year was delayed by weeks. And the company took almost a month to issue us a credit even though they told us multiple times they were getting the credit processed.Following up on this, we were supposed to have caps ship out earlier in the week and that did not happen. Supposedly, they had to be re-printed but nobody told.Incredible dishonest company. Do not do business with them! They do not care about their customers.

Ordered a new suit and it arrived with a huge damaged area on the front. Yet, TYR requires us to pay return shipping after their own poor quality control. Awful service.

I've used TYR Swim Fins for the past 4 years for lap swimming. I swim at a gym in a salt water pool. My first pair of fins lasted about two years. I purchased a second pair, I only got a little over a year of service from my second pair. I notified the company of the issues which was the top of both sets of fins where your toes stick out of the end of the fins tore from the base of the fin on each side of the opening. Also, the last set of the fins split on each side just in front of where your foot fits in the fin. As requested by the Customer Service person, I sent pictures to the of the defects however, she said the warranty was one year. She also indicated they had issues with those fins. I had to call her back to see if the company would replace at least one pair. When I chased her down, she indicated, they no longer make that swim fin.Poor customer service. I would never purchase anything from TYR in the future.FINIS FINS are your best choice.

Ordered a tech suit for my daughter and when arrived found it to be to small, contacted customer service and they were fantastic ! Helpful and informative .... great product, great people, great service.

Love my new swimsuit! Had no idea the company is based in Huntington Beach. Excited to hear they have warehouse sales, although I probably won't need a new one for some time. The quality is sewn in -- definitely built to last. Thank you, Tyr! Now I just have to do my part and swim.
