Everything about this cute little motel is perfect. We love the location. It is in Seal Beach and the ocean is just a couple of blocks away. There are cute shops and restaurants all around. The rooms have balconies and their pool and hot tub are lovely. It is an open ceiling. The continental breakfast is delicious. We stay here every time for our cruise out of Long Beach. We do their park n cruise package. They shuttle us to and from and we leave our car there for the week. You can’t forget the nice warm and yummy cookies in the lobby nightly. The Pacific Inn has the friendliest and most helpful staff as well.

Exceptional service. The front desk representatives were kind and very helpful. Housekeeping is attentive and throughout my
stay the had my room very clean and stocked with everything I needed. I have stayed here on many occasions and will continue to stay here rather than anywhere else in the area. Close to Main St. were there are wonderful restaurants and shopping options.

It's not the newest hotel in town, but it's conveniently located and works for a short visit. Enjoy.

My whole family, traveling from Canada, stayed here at the Pacific Inn. What a beautiful Hotel. I was surprised. They were accommodating for my large family, had gluten-free items for the FREE continental breakfast, and a pool/hot tub for the kids. Although the property is older, the rooms are updated, well taken care of and more importantly CLEAN! Thank you to the Pacific Inn team. P.s. to the Taco Bell fans, it’s right across the street from the hotel! Yum!

Excellent Front desk and Phone reps. You can't beat the amenities that this location has compared to others. So glad I read the other reviews and look forward to my next trip here. My only suggestion is for them to have the chairs in the room cleaned, but that's my suggestion for probably all hotels regarding furniture (to sit in) ?

We had a really scary situation occur and I want to give mention to the staff at The Pacific Inn and how they handled it. We had gone down for breakfast and my husband has a serious genetic heart condition. He told me suddenly he didn't feel well and started to profusely sweat, get light headed and shakey. He was incredibly pale and we looked at his Dexcom (measures blood sugar) and his sugars were dropping fast. We started trying to get them back up but he dropped down to 44 and, for the first time ever (I am a nurse), I started to feel panicked. The girl working in the breakfast area (Griselda) helped get us some water and other things; incredibly helpful, especially given the area was closing down. We had to stay over an hour past closing time! Then, the first desk helped us and Maddie was wonderful. I told her I think we are going to need to call "911" and she stayed calm and helpful. Very slowly my husband's sugar started to go up. She even ran and bought him some candy bars because he said he liked chocolate! Lol.
I have never been this worried before and the staff was amazing. Even the maintenance man offered to help assist him back to his room. My husband is 6'2 and 250 pounds - not exactly someone you want falling. ? Finally, we got him feeling a little better and backed up his room - he immediately crashed out sleeping. They allowed us to stay past check out time and said there was no rush and also gave us a ride to Long Beach for our anniversary cruise we were going on!
This is an older establishment but well maintained, no trash even outside doors, and feels safe. They had a welcoming environment, clean pool area (beautiful hot tub and it worked!) and did not smell smoke/marijuana anywhere. Bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows and clean bedding. There are also rooms with balconies and a small sitting area, accommodating for those that need a longer stay. There is a Taco Bell and Pizza Hut right across the street.
I just wanted to thank the staff, especially Griselda, Maddie (her boss too for letting us borrow her for 1.5 hours!) and everyone there for being so kind and supportive.
People will forget what you said, but never how they make you feel.
5 stars! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

We began staying at this hotel 35 years ago with our family. We loved Seal Beach, Main Street, Walt's Wharf & it's convenience to Disneyland & all the other activities in the area. We had not been here for 15 years & were so happy to find the rooms nicely remodeled & comfortable. The staff was friendly & took our bags early since it was before check in time & we were not getting back until late evening. It was so nice to have free parking that had ample space for our truck.

It's a hotel in the suburbs of Los Angeles. We really liked the location as it was quiet but not too quiet. You could walk to the beach in just a few minutes through a shopping street. On July 4th we were able to see the fireworks from Huntington Beach and the Queen Mary from the pier. It was great. The hotel also has a pool and a whirlpool. Our room was equipped with 2 king size beds, a desk, a television, a microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. We even had a balloon with a screen door, which made ventilation easier. The bathroom had a shower, a hairdryer and towels. We were there for 6 days and it was great for the 3 of us and we just loved the entire hotel. Breakfast was also available with waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, eggs, small sausages and potatoes. Drinks were various juices and milk. You could also take fruit as well as small baked goods. We would definitely come again.

I haven’t even checked in to this hotel but I can say how absolutely impressed I’ve been with every single person I’ve spoken to making reservations for my family. I’ve had to change and adjust reservations with changing plans for a baby shower…and the crew there has been so friendly, accommodating, and delightful to work with, going the extra mile for sure. Kudos for excellent customer service!
