*Before I start , this is just a warning of the interactions that have taken place at this location * Good evening my fellow citizens! Tonight we encountered a wild one ! This evening I went to the target on seal beach blvd to do pick up in the drive up section that they offer, immediately when I pulled up this LOVELY woman in the pictures here's immediately started flipping me off and screaming and proceeded to get out of her car while I was still not even in park. Mind you there were two children in her car she proceeds to come up towards my car while myself, the car next to me with a mother and a teenage daughter and the workers all watched her behave in the most disgraceful, embarrassing behavior and said verbatim "You would have some "flippin" class to turn your "flippin" lights off but I wouldn't expect any class from some one like yOu" And proceeded to turn back and get in her car with the children she had in the car. Now all of us in the vicinity were shocked, me specifically because I drive a Jeep wrangler with stock, legal lights. If she's just elderly and struggles with bright things.... Just say that ! Now out of respect to the fact that there are children in her car!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I run about 6'2 as a woman I stayed my classy bum right where l was. If this is your possible senile elder who is watching your children or maybe her great great grandchildren by the way she looked please be mindful of the interactions she chooses to involve herself in with your children present. I am a classy woman and would never show this woman my improper etiquette in front of children but I can't speak for every person she might interact with ! Also I am covering the children's faces as they are definetly minors and also p.s if you do know this possible aggravated elder, let her know to get her front licenses plates put on because that's illegal

Decision to close self-checkout at 8pm is stupid. Management needs to be less greedy and pay people to work so more than one lane is open. Line was 20 minutes to check out from the single lane open, and the cashier was doing her best to move things along. Absurd.

Our recent shopping experience at Target in Seal Beach was fantastic, thanks to Jaynee, our cashier. She went above and beyond, displaying exceptional customer service. Jaynee was not only friendly and patient but also took the time to greet both of my kids warmly. She even made their day by giving them a couple of stickers, creating a positive and memorable experience for our family. Kudos to Jaynee for making our visit extra special!

Great variety of products, aisles are the right size to easily maneuver, staff is friendly and helpful. Store is always clean. Prices and size contents are right for single seniors.

Just wanted to post a picture of the thief who ran out of the store with a cart full of items. I chased him down to Ralph's where he put all his loot in his backpack and changed into a Jacket.

This Target overcharged me 40 cents on an item that was clearly marked and located at the check out stand. I notified the clerk immediately after she handed me the receipt and showed her where the price was displayed. She told me I had to wait in the very long line for customer service to get a refund. I was not going to spend 30 minutes waiting for a 40 cent refund but I am also not going to spend another minute in this Target.

if I could rate it a zero I would . I love Target as a whole but this is by far the worst location I've ever been to & I've been to targets all over the nation . I've come to this target almost daily for the last 3-4 weeks (I work close by) & every single day it's nothing short of a catastrophe. 2 people max on the register, lines that take 15 min to get through at times, 1 poor barista slammed with orders at Starbucks , random associates walking around twiddling their thumbs while the check out section is mayhem , unenthused, slow paced & seemingly inexperienced workers & most of the time the self check out area is down 50% (they only have like 4 to begin). Additionally they have a huge banner outside that says hiring & it's obvious they are drowning & need the help so I've told anyone that I knew of looking for a FT/PT job that they're hiring & can you believe almost every candidate was turned down? even those with very impressive resumes. While I don't think they should just accept anyone that applies, turning down qualified (probably overly qualified) people left & right & desperately needing the help is insanity. It's almost as if they do not want to improve the qualities of their stores. with the holidays coming around I really hope they get their ish together

I've been to this Target multiple times and I normally find that they don't have adequate inventories. It's like hit-or-miss most times. My latest shopping trip wasn't quite as successful since they didn't have some items I wanted despite the website stating otherwise. The store is relatively clean. Parking is never an issue. Staff are normally helpful. Lines can be long and they need to add more self-checkout registers due to staffing shortages. Some items are more expensive than similar stores, but I like that they carry more store brand items now.

If you're looking for an unforgettable shopping experience, Seal Beach Target is the place to be. Nestled in the heart of tranquility, this store offers nothing special, just your run-of-the-mill Target experience. But don't let that fool you; it's full of surprises! Let's talk about customer service. Well, it's like playing a game of roulette. Sometimes you'll encounter the friendliest and most helpful employees, while other times it feels like they're practicing their disappearing act. It's an adventure in itself, really. Just cross your fingers and hope for the best! Now, the parking lot is where the real action happens. Brace yourself for some high-speed seniors tearing through the lanes like they're auditioning for the next "Fast and Furious" movie. You better watch out because they won't stop for anything--pedestrians, shopping carts, or even a free sample stand (that's a tragedy, really). Speaking of shopping carts, it's like Seal Beach Target is the final resting place for them. The elderly patrons seem to have a knack for leaving them scattered around the parking lot like a chaotic art installation. It's like a real-life game of "Avoid the Shopping Cart Obstacle Course." You may even find yourself tempted to join in and create your own cart maze. Now, let's address the Out of Stock dilemma. The app may tell you that your desired item is nowhere to be found, but don't lose hope just yet! Channel your inner explorer and physically check the shelves. Who knows, you might stumble upon a hidden treasure like the elusive 18-pack of Charmin Mega+ toilet paper. It's like finding the golden ticket in a sea of disappointment. So, if you're up for an ordinary Target experience with a dash of chaos, head on over to Seal Beach Target. Just remember to buckle up, dodge the shopping carts, and prepare for a wild ride. It's a place where seniors and shopping carts rule the roost, and you're just along for the hilarious adventure!

Arrived to target before 9:58pm tonight which is not quite closing time and was rudely turned away. I'm a local resident and always come to this location right before closing (I run in quickly and checkout within a few minutes) at least 1-3 times a week and have never had an issue. I've never been turned down by any employees nor have I seen any employees close and lock the doors before actual closing time. I advised the worker Ayleen that it hadn't turned 10pm yet, she looked at her watch and stated all registers had already been closed and proceeded to ask me to leave. I suggest either the closing time be changed to an earlier time or training/re-training your employees like Ayleen to stay open until actual closing time on a Saturday at 10pm. It's not a good look to be turning away customers let alone repeat customers, you lost my business. Great job Ayleen!

This Target location no longer price matches against Amazon. Even though Target Customer Service and Target.com says they do price match; this location created their own policies and will not price match with Amazon.com.

Review for pickup service! Awesome! Follow the app, say coming, the items were ready with helpers in the parking lots to hand it to you. Literally no waiting! Thanks so much for making it so convenient!

This is the worst Target I've been to. I ordered online for pickup of maternity pants within 2 hours so I can use the Target rewards that are set to expire (you only can use these rewards online) and get a quick turnaround (I'm 37 weeks pregnant so standing for too long is very tiring). I got there in 3.5 hours and it's still not ready. I'm like ok they are busy, I can pick it up myself but can you mark it as picked up so I can skip the line. Granted it was already paid online. The old lady at customer service was like no you have to cancel your purchase online and go in line. By doing this, I cannot use my rewards because it's not an online purchase anymore. She didn't listen and instead went to help the customer behind me who was another old lady, and whose order wasn't ready either, but yet went above and beyond for her to get her order! How blatantly rude. Not coming back to this Target when there are others nearby (Signal Hill and Long Beach) with better customer service for ALL of their customers.

Ordered for pickup Jan was training a younger associate, so after I walked up I sat a few more minutes while she continued her side work. Gets to me and says, hasn't been fulfilled. I said, shocking, the store is quite empty at 945pm. "Pickup orders are ready at a 2-hour MINIMUM" she says lol. The woman after me wasn't so thrilled to hear that either. I was told to go get my things and to cancel my own order. I went and grabbed my item in about one minute. Y'all hiring? I'm coming for your job, Jan. Better step your game up.

This Target appears to often be out of common things that I'll find next day at another target. Paper supplies, cleaning supplies, food items and so on. I really question management at this store as it appears they and their stockers don't seem to be keeping up with things. Supply chain problems I understand, but comparing this Target to 3 other Targets, this one really struggles. Apples to apples comparison. Oh, they're out of apples a lot too. Lol.
