We received such a bad service at this store. Employees didn't care much about helping customers. She actually got upset when we asked if she had a different size.

Today was my first visit to this Talbots, but it won't be my last.extremely helpful The store was very well organized and it was easy to look at all the merchandise. I loved the welcoming vibe I received from Mary. She was so helpful, but not overbearing. All Talbots stores should be managed at this standard.

I love this store! The staff are so friendly AND they remember you! It makes you feel "special" when they do. Their clothes are always so beautiful and timeless. I cannot just "window shop", I HAVE to take something home every time!

Salespeople are Polite and offer helpful ideas on finding your clothes that you like. First time there. Very Clean and organized. It's spacious enough to walk around store. Great clothes but the prices are higher than expected. I would recommend this store and the service there. Displays very beautiful quality women clothes. These clothes come in many sizes extra large to jr petite. They hold up longer than expected. Nice colorful dresses and wardrobes for spring. Conservative clothes.

I bought my best friend a beautiful black n white sweater for Christmas. She said it fit her perfectly and that she loved it. It was soooo beautiful and so were so many other things in their store...going back this month to take advantage of my birthday coupon...yippy, cant wait.
