The employees were so lovely and knowledgeable. There was a good selection and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the product. Definitely will be back!

I purchased a not to inexpensive underwire bra less than 6 months ago from Soma. Today I called to as the underwire is poking out. I inquired as to their policy. The non to polite sales person informed me they have a 60 day return. I said you just lost a frequent customer her response was simply good bye in a very condescending voice.

I purchased four bras online for store pick up. I received a reminder call that my order was ready and would be put back the next day. I went, picked up my order and left. A few days later I returned to the same store to exchange for another size, they didn't have my size. I went up with my order number, to make my return, they said, "Your order had been cancelled and you shouldn't have the merchandise." They withheld my merchandise, I left empty handed after spending $150. I asked, why didn't I receive a cancellation email? Why was my order supposedly cancelled? Where's your proof that it was cancelled? Her only response was, "I have no idea." As far as I'm concerned, they stole $150 from me. I would never recommend this location.

I had the best experience here. The SAs (or I think the main lady that helped me may have been a manager) discussed every bra I tried on; we talked about what I liked, what I didn't like, what looked right, what might be helpful to try. She was genuinely friendly, and knowledgeable. The bras fit so well, today I fell asleep in one (and it was not even wireless).

The Staff at Soma are Wonderful, Knowledgeable to answer any questions and Concerns you have.They have Wonderful Quality Undergarments, Lingerie, Pajamas, Bras, and the Zip Up Bras that are needed after Post Breast Surgical Procedures. This place is absolutely awesome! Michelle and Nicole are fabulous. I cannot believe the personal attention that I get every time I walk into that store, and they know exactly who I am. They call me and let me know that there are sales coming up, along with the special one or two day sales. When I questioned my panty size on different styles, she said let's just look it up. They had all my previous purchases available to see exactly what size and styles that I had bought. I love the personal attention and welcoming attitude from every employee there. My husband normally goes with me, and he made a comment about you should have a chair here so the men can sit and wait while their wives try one things. They put a chair out there for him, and every time I go in there they get him a chair! And I end up getting everything I want! You can't ask for better service‼‼

Came into the store today to shop for bras and I had a very disappointing experience. No greeting and no assistance. I stood in line just to get help with locating my size. The sales associate (Allison ) eventually helped me but she was rushed and impersonal. She indicated she could order what I needed online and I agreed. She went back to the register and proceeded to help the next customer instead of placing my order. I am aware that there are staffing shortages everywhere but I'm sure this is not the SOMA standard.

I got a breast reduction surgery earlier this summer, and I needed to get measured to figure out my new size, and buy myself some new bras, which I wasn't too excited about. Bra shopping has never been a fun experience for me, more often than not I end up leaving the store in tears, so I was really anxious when I walked in the store. But the saleswoman (who told me her name, but I unfortunately forgot it!) was sooo nice and welcoming and incredibly helpful. I walked out with a huge smile on my face, and four new bras! I would like to thank the salespeople at Soma for making this one of the nicest, easiest experiences I've ever had shopping for bras, and I will one hundred percent be going back to shop there!

Will no longer be shopping at Soma. I purchased underwear online which made my skin breakout and they wouldn't refund my money because I "washed" the item. Their customer service is diappointing. I will only be shopping at Nordstrom moving forward.

Nice selection of intimate wear and XXL sizing. Good sales and friendly customer service. Fitting rooms are available. Materials are soft and comfy. Make sure to sign up for the rewards program, it's free and you can earn discounts.

Audra is a shining star at this store!! Every time I go in this store, she greets me, assists me and shows me the latest merchandise! She is totally an asset to Soma! Every time I go there she is multitasking, has several customers at once and really making each and every customer feel like she is only helping them!!! She is the bomb! I am grateful she is there!!! Thank you Soma and Audra!!!
