AWFUL! I came in here last week and bought what I was told what a sterling silver chain. I have a metal allergy which I told them about and was assured that everything in this one cabinet was sterling silver. It was NOT Sterling as I was promised. My entire neck is now covered in red, inflamed, itchy bumps (photos below). If I could give 0/5 I would. I’m so mad and my neck is a wreck. I live 2.5 hours away otherwise I would go in person to return. Save your money, go literally anywhere else

Two of my rings broke in half within 25 days of buying them from here. You can only exchange items 14 days after buying and don't have any exceptions, so all in all be careful what you buy they tarnish and break even though I've worn them 15 times at most. Loved the vibe of this place but unfortunately I am disappointed with how long these rings lasted.

Same bad experience with the young lady at the shop. Wife and I purchased a couple of items and we said hello with no response back from her at first we thought she may be mute or depth but she was just rude. If owner has received bad reviews on its staffs customer service why is she still employed? I guess owner must accept this type of customer service to its clientele.

Came into store twice today. The first time the girl was very helpful and we bought a few things. On the way out I saw a California necklace and thought maybe I would come to get it. When coming back to buy 6 of the California necklace for myself, 3 daughters, mom and aunt, my daughter and I missed the ‘ask for assistance’ sign. We both being short reached to get them and just missed it. The girl came over and was very rude when telling us that the sign was there and keep talking about how we were in the wrong for trying to take it off the display. We decided to walk out without purchasing the necklaces. I’m from out of town and love this store, make sure to visit on every trip but won’t be back again.

Cute store but won't be going back. Bought this sweater for my daughter and after wearing it once it literally fell apart at the seam. Tried to exchange it but it was over 14 days ago so I couldn't return it. You can tell by the tag in the photo it was never even washed. Wasn't even offered a partial refund towards another purchase. Very disappointed. I bought it in mid October but it was a gift.

I first came to this little jewelry store long before I had a Yelp account (circa 2016). I was living on the East Coast at the time but spending a week in Seal Beach for spring break when we wandered in. I was with my best friend (who I consider to be a style icon), and we both loved it. Dainty gold jewelry is my favorite type to wear, and there were so many pieces that fit into that category! We both bought dainty gold necklaces, and I wore mine regularly for a couple of years. I only stopped wearing it because I lost it (RIP) - not because the jewelry tarnished or broke. Since then, I have either ordered online or gone back to the shop in Seal Beach to buy two dainty necklaces and a few pairs of different gold stud earrings. So pleased with aesthetic and quality of the jewelry, and it feels very reasonably priced to me as well. It's more expensive than a fast fashion shop but it's local and higher quality than those, so def worth it for me. Come here - so cute, a perfect place to find jewelry for yourself or a for a friend.

I think this place was cute and the girls are super nice but 1. My neck started getting these spots ( rash around my neck almost like cuts I took off the neckless a few different times and every time I would put it back on weeks later more of these cut like rashes 2. The jewelry smells like metal so that can't be good for your skin 3. This isn't jewelry you should leave on or if your a big keep things off or out of my body def not the jewelry for you 4. My toe ring turned my toe green I even asked the girl if that has happened before buying it and she goes no which is fine maybe she didn't know It wasn't expensive but it wasn't worth not wearing anything I bought the smell really bothered me of the items iv never experienced that before

Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service. I was looking at the cute distressed t-shirts and one of the employees was so helpful and was showing me the difference between the distressed and non-distressed sizing and how they differ. She had one of the t-shirts on and it looked so cute...she helped me decide between the two and I am so glad that I purchased the one that I did. Thank you for the wonderful customer service, I will be back!

I was buying for my college age daughter. After texting her some pictures she finally thought something was cute. I asked the clerk if she could try the top on since she was basically the same build as my daughter - and she did! I took a picture and was told it was "cute". Purchase made! Always some great finds here and the service was 5 stars.

Your store little tag is still on the pants and no your girl did not give me a receipt it's a very strange system you have to check out. The card I paid with has been replaced due to it being lost I shop there all the time and all I wanted to do was exchange them I'm glad you had a chance to speak to your girl when I asked if I could speak to a manager or supervisor she said no the owner never comes in and the manager is gone on vacation so I'm glad you're able to reach out to me on yelp
