A store jam packed with products. The only reason I gave this store a 4 star review is because it only has 3 hitting bays. And they have to give preference to people getting fitted or people requiring more help choosing clubs. If you're looking to just walk in and hit balls to see your numbers, this isn't an ideal spot.

Went in to simply put a new adapter on a shaft. Was told that it would be two separate transactions I had to pay for. One for taking the old adapter off, and another for putting the new one on. Then, I was told that it would be ready in 24 hours, even though when I walked up to the repairs section, the employee was seated on his phone, so fixated on it that it took him a minute to notice I was standing there so I can only assume he didn't have much to do. Also, what i needed done, MIGHT take 10 minutes, max, with the right equipment. Honestly have had great experiences with roger dunn in the past purchasing clubs, however am quite disappointed with the repair section/staff. Would not go here for repairs.

Went to buy new irons this week. Met with John Mansell their Club Fitting Specialist. Did I ever luck out! I would have gone in and hit some balls with the clubs I was interested in, bought them and left and not too happy with my purchase. John has the patience of a saint. He worked with me, having me hit several irons. Each time dialing in on what I actually needed to make good contact with the ball. This is the first time I have ever been fitted for clubs and I added John's name to my contacts right away.

Dirty , messy , an cashier decided to swing the club I'm purchasing an hits the floor an he just looks at me then puts it back an acts like he didn't do that ALL THE TIME HES MADE EYE CONTACT THE WHOLE TIME , what a idiot

I was fitted for new woods and was helped out by Mike. He was great to work with, gave me lots of options to try hit, which narrowed it down, after which we tried a few different shafts with different weights and flexes to really customize the clubs for my swing.

"A poor craftsman blames his tools." In this case, the craft is golf ... and I suck at golf; but I still love it. I'm always looking for clubs that are totally forgiving and intuitive, to improve my game with my tools vs improving my skills lol. Roger Dunn has a huge selection of quality used gear, in addition to the latest & greatest collection and selection of golf equipment & latest technology; but the best part is that you can try it for 90 days and trade it back. It's an awesome reassurance that you make the best choice with quality & enjoyment of your investment The staff at Roger Dunn is always incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. The Seal Beach location is where I go, but there is most likely a location near you.

I stopped by on Sat 2/17/24 to look for a set of used clubs. They have a great price for the President's day sale. I got great service from an associate named Mike. He went out of his way to get me a great price for a set of used clubs. He even removed the sticker from the club and cleaned it throughout. I can't ask for a better service than that. Thank you, Mike.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the assistant manager Jennifer (shorter hair, just in case I got the name wrong). Extremely knowledgeable about all things golf. She quickly explained the differences between the new and old Taylormade ball and I could tell she knew what she was talking about as I had similar issues with the old ball. I have heard her help customers in the past and I am certain you will leave without any questions. I look forward to trying the new TP5x!

Called into the repair shop to ask a few questions and received nothing but short unhelpful responses. Sounded like he hated his job. Will never go to this location.
