This is the best Rite Aid, and everyone knows it. Kind employees, more stocked than others, and great pharmacy team.

As someone living with a chronic disease, there is nothing worst than dealing with pharmacies after a medical episode. This pharmacy, especially Min, have been amazing to me. On multiple occasions they have spent serious time dealing with my insurance and doctors to provide me with extremely necessary medications. They have done it again today. They went above and beyond after my latest surgery to make sure I had the medicines I needed to truly heal in a humane way. Thank God for pharmacists like Min and pharmacies like this location. Thank you for being a driving force in my recovery from my procedure.

This store has become my primary RiteAid since the closing of my PCH in Long Beach has been closed. I got my flue shot in January and did use the scheduled appointment. It is a little glitchy but it did make a difference in my wait time. Most of the staff are friendly but as so many businesses are short staffed. ( No one wants to work anymore cause our government pays them to not work! Crazy!) I had recently injured my leg and have a hard time walking to the back pharmacy. I went to the wrong window and was told to go to the one at the other end. When the staff saw me limping, she came out and brought me the paperwork and had me sit down in the waiting area. I was taken in right at my appointment time.I prefer to use RiteAid instead of Walgreens, CVS or the others because they have the lowest prices and aren’t part of Pharm!

This is the Rite Aid I use weekly. It's very clean and orderly. The sales staff is helpful and friendly. If I am looking for something, the employee will walk with me back to the shelf. Many other drugstores will point and say isle 4 or 5. and off to search on my own.My perspiration is filled almost immediately. Sometimes, there is a short wait, but you look and all of the associates are all working.

The pharmacy sucks. My medicine said it would be available but then when I got to the pick up none of my stuff was ready after waiting in a long line. The staff does not work efficiently and put my medication back on the shelves before the due date, making me late to a super important seminar I am speaking at. You guys suck.

The pharmacy here is terrible I've had severe issues getting prescriptions filled here. The rite aid system is part of the problem, but the pharmacist have been terrible in the past about filling orders or not as requested, and are utterly incapable of transferring an RX from one location to this one...a problem no location has ever had.The nail in the coffin was coming in for normal otc meds and they were out of stock...no wonder the company has filled for bankruptcy. After 2 decades aas a loyal rite aid customer I'm abandoning ship.

The sales people are very accommodating and helpful. I'm wondering if this store will be one that is soon to close?

(*Everyone is commenting the same "She" in this pharmacy who I believe is the lead pharmacist). This Pharmacy has the worst attitude and customer service in the area. Everything was an obligation - asking for support after three times being put on hold. Then after stating the prescription she immediately was dismissive - why should the prescription I have determine the level of care and support you give. Please correct the pharmacist's here so patients can ACTUALLY feel supported in their health needs. I don't need to feel bad for my going after my health.

Went to this location for ice cream. We waited a good 10 minutes before being approached by an older man. He rudely asked if we prepaid for the ice cream at the front registers. We told him no. He rudely responded," for future reference, you will need to pay up front first. We don't have any staff up here." First off, we don't frequent this location enough to know whether or not they're understaffed. Second, from our past visits, we've always walked straight to the ice cream area and patiently waited for someone to help us. Third, if that really is the issue/procedure, kindly have signs up to inform customers to prepay at the front registers in order to get any ice cream service.

There's always a line , yet there are three or four people on the floor, pricing products and clogging up the aisle with the boxes they don't remove ,the manager, Kathryn ,during the day, is extremely rude...one of the female pharmacist loves to lecture you about your medication, even though you've been taking it for years!!! the night crew is pretty cool & helpful, I've never had a problem until the last two times I went in the daytime and encountered Catherine!!!I'm over it having all my prescriptions transferred to CVS.

Hello Rite Aid Network,My local Rite Aid store is only a few minutes away from Leisure World & Right In Front Of Rossmoor! It was always stocked, pleasant and some were very helpful! Now No Senior rewards, adult incontinence overnight diaper never in stock after making 3-4 trips. Sale 2/20 no sale on that! Now Up to $14.99 that is a big jump in price! Is there some shortage when Stater Bros, Ralphs,CVS has there's at $10.00 ! I Love RiteAid Give Senior Community A Break! Thank You Respectfully, Christina Rousselle Gomez

The blond lady at the front desk is very rude . She don’t try to help anything, all she does is try to decline any service. I just spoke with the Medicare office before I came to refill, I explained to her and she ignored. She didn’t bothered to listen what I tried to say, and said to wait for answers. To wait for what? I need that medicine for my blood pressure and explained to her and she ignored totally. You know what? I am going to somewhere that they listened to customers!
