I called early to make sure they had the board shorts I needed. A lady named Janae answered the phone and was so helpful. I went in about an hour later and she remembered me! She helped me pick out the shorts I wanted and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable and welcomed and will most likely be back. She even informed me of the 40% off deal that they have right now and I decided to get a couple more things. Thanks Janae!!!

Good products, but some misleading marketing. (Read the fine print!) Asked the cashier about this, he told me it had happened 3 times with other customers, but rip curl corporate policy was to keep the misleading marketing as it is

The guy working on April 5, 2022 sometime around noonish was very friendly and helpful. What they didn't have, he did tell us we could most-likely find at the Huntington Beach Store, literally just a few miles up the road. We did end up buying a Rip Curl hat for my husband's birthday. He was extremely happy with his hat and grateful for the help/advice today.

Awesome although I feel late to the party now I read the reviews of this store with great selection and lovely helpful friendly attendance. Cadre Was very professional and knowledgeable friendly and patient in showing us the right gear, allowing us to try on suits for best fit and offer alternatives to products. Free stickers for my son too!:)))

Great experience from beginning to end. I left with the perfect suit! Without the suggestions I would've been disappointed in the sizing. Wishing I remembered the lovely soul who helped me out but I'll be back to thank him again in person. Paddled for and caught my first wave today because of your 3 keys to surfing THANK YOU AGAIN!

All I can say is that this place understands customer service, I mean,,, the staff understands customer service!!! From the phone call, Calib got the job done! I needed to get my new wetsuit repaired and to my surprise, Will the manager gave me brand new "loner" wetsuit to use until mine was repaired! Fantastic customer service from management and support from the brand! While I was there Lauren helped me fill out the necessary information and was a joy to talk to! I am involved in sales and marketing, and all I can say is that this was the best customer service experience I have had in the past few years!!!! It starts at the top, and it was fantastic to see great leadership in action: First, Calib helped me, then Will the Manager, then Lauren helped, and finally back to Will to finish the experience! I was engaged by each team member and had a great experience! Rip Curl has ALWAYS been my brand of choice, and this store has won my business and my loyalty! GREAT JOB!

Killer customer service from Sebastian! After making a trip down to the San Clemente outlet and striking out on kiddo size stuff we called over to HB and immediately could tell how customer service oriented this dude was. Went out of his way to find and explain differences in winter suits and knew his stuff. Well done.. this is the type of guy you have train your staff. Thanks again
