Car wash ripped rear bumper off, owner is there claimed it was cracked before my fault going in without seeing their sign of no responsible of any body damage. While waiting for police, owner had me park outside then 2 mins later an oil truck blocked right behind me and the owner told me to wait half an hour for their gas station refill finish. Police won’t help you since it’s civil matter, owner refused to provide any footage. What a great person he is and hes business??

I just spent 50 dollars on gas and the cashier didn’t want to turn on the air compressor for me to fill up one of my tires, He said that’s only for costumers…I told him I just bought 50 dollars! He nodded and was not happy checking the computer taking his time, I told him just forget it and walked away, I will never buy gas there.

I went through th car wash after a road trip when my car was super dirty. After the wash, I still had a lot of dead bugs and bird poop on my car. I asked if I could drive through again, and they let me have a complimentary second wash and went above and beyond, scrubbing down my car and spraying it with a high powered hose to get off a lot more of the muck before my second time through the car wash. The three car wash attendants spent at least 10-15 minutes trying to clean it! They each had a good attitude, and like I said, really went above and beyond! I really appreciate the extra time and energy they spent making my car sparkle!

Lied about finding a 8 inch body part broken off by the car wash. Both the car wash manager and attendant said they never saw it on two visits. They also said “We hold everything we find in case owners return looking”. My wife looked down while talking to them and what was obviously the part was sitting in the kickpan used for sweeping up trash. Unreal.

Been coming here for years to buy gas and combine a car wash with it. Now for the first time, they refused my vehicle because of the roof rack. The roof rack has always been there for the past 5 years they have been taking it. Matter of fact, they upload my license plate every time I use the car wash, to tell me how much I have to go to get the free one. Now all of a sudden they don't take any vehicles with a roof rack on it. A week ago, they were offering a monthly pay of $40 to take any of my vehicles for unlimited washes. Now it's illegal for me to take any of my vehicles there. So I got refund on my 2 washes that was owed to me, and they had the nerve to minus the .030 cents off, per gallon on the gas purchases, car washes I had purchased. I hate arguing with stupid people so I got my pro rated car wash refund, and I will no longer be purchasing any gas and washes there in the future. Lost a customer for life.

I only needed to use the rest room but the cashier was very kind and didnt frown when I wasnt there to buy something. If I remember right, the gas prices were decient, the place was clean and the restrooms were kept up.

Never ever coming back to this place again. I come here with both my cars and use the car wash ever two or three weeks but for some reason the guy had to come up to me and demand me to pay for a car wash and vacuum because I so-called haven't been there for 8 months. I didn't even get a chance to use my free carwash or use the vacuum. He wrote down the tag and everything like I wasn't going to pay. Also, I came here three weeks ago for gas and had a free carwash in my glove department. This is not the first time this guy was rude to me either. I was going to use my free carwash after I vacuum the car but he embarrassed me in front of people so I'm not using it or using any Mobil gas stations any more. I can get a carwash from the carwash company in Los Alamitos. The heck with this company. Their gas is too high anywayK
