I visited the store to get air in my tires and left with a couple products to enhance my cycling experience ? The service from the young man helping me was profesional, friendly, and knowledgeable! Great shop with a great selection of products to choose from and they were one of the only shops open on Sunday!! Hit them up for your cycling needs.

I stopped in here on a trip to visit family in California over Christmas. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but that man who helped us was great. He was knowledgeable and even suggested us some cool trails in the area to check out. I definitely recommend!

Great service, had my road bike cleaned and adjusted, everything went smoothly and was completed timely. Price was very fair. Did not have to schedule an appointment and did not have to wait over a week for work to be completed. Bike works great now!

We purchased an e bike through Main St Cyclery and felt so supported by them. The difference in buying your bike from them is you are going to get personable care and service with your bike. 15 months after buying an ebike from them they went above and beyond in helping us with the bike. You will not get that type of customer service from a manufacturer. Aaron, Paul and the entire staff at both locations are the best! My son sure appreciates that you were able to help us! Thanks guys, you rock!

Nothing but good things to say about these guys. It was just a simple carear flat fix and intertube replacement. The honesty shown here however , was awesome. I won't go into the details but it gave me a good sense of how this place operates and I will be going to them in the future. This is going to be my shop from here

This review has two parts. Started with a 1 star. Updated to a 4 star.UPDATE #2: Although they were unable to complete the entire tune up in our window of opportunity during our vacation, they were able to do a safety check and fix the tires at no cost. It was very much appreciated. The owner also reached out and discussed the situation. He will be speaking with his staff to determine where the breakdown in communication happened so they can make changes. We appreciated that he cared enough to discuss that with us.ORIGINAL: I'll update as I get responses. I called two weeks ago just before leaving Arizona for our vacation. I was told we could drop off our bikes on Thursday afternoon on our way into town and pick them up on Friday. We planned our drive into town to arrive before closing on Thursday. When we got there, we were told we couldn't get our bikes back until Monday. We were then asked about a tune-up. We were told they would be ready on Wednesday. We thought it a good idea and agreed. It was only two more days. Today is Wednesday and I'm being told they won't be looked at until next week. I leave a couple days after that. So my vacation is half over and I still have no working bikes. I tried to reach the owner to discuss this, calling both stores, was told he'd call me and still have nothing. I'm shocked at their behavior and their lack of response. UPDATE #1: We went into the store on Thursday. The manager apologized but didn't seem to understand the whole story. I really think he thought we misunderstood the date. Mentioned something about 10-13 days. We had to explain we were told Monday/Wednesday, not dates. I also had to explain I had made an appt before coming over. He offered the service at no charge. We didn't expect that, but did accept it. I was so upset. I also asked the owner to call. Still haven't heard from him.

They were clearly busy but they were still so quick and thorough in making sure my bike was good to go for a couple hour rental today. Very affordable and friendly. Strong recommend!!

Great location and place to rent some bikes to cruise the beach/ area. The guys are knowledgeable about the bikes and the rates are reasonable. ***BEWARE*** all the parking in the area is for up to 2 hours, and of course, we rented the bikes for 3 hours, so we had the nice addition of a $64 parking ticket to our experience. Oh joy..... Thanks for the response! Any chance you could make it for the month of May > that's when we'll be in the area next.
