I am entirely satisfied with the excellent services provided by Jimbo. He took the time to review photos of the car and then to examine it at his shop to discuss what I wanted, along with his recommendations and the options he could offer. At all times I found him amiable, trustworthy, and highly knowledgeable. The work he performed was custom tailored to what I wanted and the condition of my vehicle. The outcome was excellent and worth every penny. I will definitely return to Jimbo for the various detailing services he offers.

My car got flooded due to heavy rain and poor drainage on the streets of Huntington Beach causing water damage to the interior carpet. My car sits lower to the ground and after attempting to air it out and vacuum up the water as much as I could the smell that was left from it sitting was horrible. Even after a few days, the smell remained. I searched out some options and found that Jimbo's Auto Detailing Company did odor removal. Just what I needed. I went to his place of business and 2 hours later need I say AMAZING!!!! Odor be gone. Thanks Jimbo!

Jumbo did a great job detailing my 2015 Honda CRV Touring inside and outside. It looks great like New inside and out.. He was friendly and on time. I can recommend Jimbo`s for your detailing needs.

It's unfortunate to have to provide this review based on never receiving a callback. I was told "I will check out the photos and get back to you in a bit" now it's been 2 days and not so much as a call or a text apologizing. I'm glad he's getting such good ratings, but when you forget to touch base with a customer, who by chance had three cars to do, that's a huge mistake. I certainly wish him well....but if you call him and you really if want his service I suggest you text him back or shop somewhere else. It's your call!!!

Jimbo is the most professional person who stepped in and helped us resolve an issue that was created by another detail company. He also saved the appearance of our RV. We had not used a proper wax and detail service in the past so our exterior showed great signs of oxidation. We really thought it was done. He and a partner came and did their magic and it has been over 6 months and it still looks great! No one will ever touch our RV again, other than Jimbo!

Jimbo was on time, and completed the job ahead of schedule and at a lower cost than quoted! He found that my vehicle didn't need the level of work I signed up for, so he didn't charge the estimated amount. Highly recommend!
