If you feel like walking into this store and being "greeted" with stank eye and being stared down by a couple pretentious 18 year olds and paying 45 for a cheap piece of cloth, this place is for you! They must make their money off tourists because I don't know ANY local who would willingly shop here.

I’ve tried to exchange their top for something else with tags attached and a receipt within their time frame which is 12 days. Their customer service is a joke, very rude and unprofessional. When I bought it they’ve told me NO refunds because it was a final sale (btw everything is a final sale at their store) which is a scam. They did not let me to exchange it or store credit even though the top was brand new with tag attached. You’ve lost my business.

Horrible service. Horrible business. Don't know why this company hasn't had major lawsuits against them? Only came across one nice employee a few years ago but everyone here is rude and disrespectful to customers. This business needs to get shutdown before a lawsuit hits them real quick

I love the online store and decided to go check it out in person. I was a little hesitant to go because of the reviews but the girl who was working was sweet and helpful. The clothes are super cute and I would recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

i've had SEVERAL friends work here over the years so I know that they're always open at 10am sharp but for some reason i went in today with a friend and the person working refused to open the door. It was 10:19 at the time she finally came out after we knocked a couple times and said they "open at 10:30" I thought that was just bizarre because i am a frequent customer. Also ridiculous that you would turn someone away for 10 minutes. She must have been new, but then continued to be rude the entire time after walked in. Not even a hello. Very disappointing customer service. Towards the end before we headed out I asked for her name. She said it was Olivia. Terrible customer service. If you don't want to work, don't!!!! Ridiculous.

My daughter ordered a dress for homecoming she is a size small. She ordered a medium to make sure it wouldn't be to small since homecoming was a few weeks away. When dress arrived I held it up and saw it was literally the length of a tank top. Nothing the picture or as advertised. I paid to return as stated in the return policy and in the time frame. Weeks later still no email as also stated in policy. I finally contacted the company. I was told I would not get a refund bc of the fabric. It was false advertising all the way around! I would recommend looking at a different online boutique before you order from Isabelles Cabinet.

I arrived at 10:15, the website says that they open at 10 am. My friend and I were planning on buying tops for our evening, and we were in a rush. We walked there knowing that they would be open and we showed up to find nobody there at 10 am. We waited outside, called the store a few times. We finally walked to another boutique across the street. We came back at 10:15, 15 minutes after they open. The lights were on and there were 2 blonde girls inside. We knocked and waved and they didn't let us in or even come over to the door. We kept waving to try and see if they would at least walk over to the door to tell us what time they would let us in. They avoided eye contact and were ignoring us. This was 7/27.

First off, all the clothes in there are all smushed together. If you want to pull one item out, you get everything around it too! Also, the customer service was AWFUL! She was rude, judgmental and not helpful at all! I simply asked her if there were any certain colors similar to a dress I pulled out and all she did was point to a rack. She didn't try and help me find anything. I was ready to buy some items, but why should I spend my money there! Walked to the next store and spent some good money there!

I echo what most of these reviews say about the staff. They have 0 customer service skills, have no appreciation for the customers, and make people feel like no one is good enough to shop here. One girl told my friend and I you can only try on 5 items per VISIT. Yet everything is final sale??? Make that make sense. We were really offended and almost left. Rude is an understatement for the workers. These workers need training. 1 star because the clothes are cute but that's it.

I've usually had pretty good experience's at Isabelle's Cabinet, since I have had a few friends that have worked here and they've always been so friendly over the years. But now, the employees only allow you to try on 5 items of clothing PER VISIT, which is very odd. I understand that it might have to do with the whole COVID-19 situation, but I think it had to do more with the fact that the employees just did not want to do their job. I have worked in retail and I get that it sucks, BUT if everything in the store is "Final Sale" then I don't want to waste my money on clothing items that just don't fit. Please note, if all of your items are "Final Sale," then it needs to be clearly written and visual for customers. Anyways, the employees were very entitled and not friendly at all. Customer service is EVERYTHING to a business, therefore, if your employees are rude and passive to your customers then you'll just loose valuable business. I'm very disappointed with my experience overall.

I was incredibly disappointed by my experience ordering online from Isabelle's Cabinet. My sister has been a loyal customer for years, and I was excited to place my first order. However, when the product arrived, the material was incredibly cheap and absolutely not worth the price. Upon its arrival, I wanted to return my items because of their quality. When I went to my website to start the return process, I learned I could not return a shirt I ordered because satin and silk items are nonrefundable! The item was not even on sale! I will not be ordering from here again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

The girls are so rude and give you weird stares. They think they're better than everyone that walks in. I work at a popular retail store and I'm not even like that. Overpriced clothing you're better off going to other small boutiques trust me. Don't waste your time and energy.
