“I dropped in for a week while I was on a business trip. I've been doing Crossfit for a long time, but I can't think of a place with such good facilities like here.

Loved the atmosphere, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming.Especially Coach Diego and Treva were super nice!! Attended Coach Hugo and J's classes, and they were very professional. Such great instructors!

I really enjoyed working out for a week and made good memories.

“Sammy was my instructor. I’ve never been to a class like this so i was nervous. The hard part for me was treadmill but Sammy never called me out or made me feel uncomfortable for not keeping up the pace with others. The energy and motivation during this class was beyond my expectation. The only thing i wish was that there had been a warm up/ stretching beforehand. Other than that, my experience was beyond.”

“I used to dislike burpees, running, and squats.

Then I found CrossFit at DRS. At first, the workouts were tough, but what I liked about DRS was that you can work at your own pace, and the coaches support you every step of the way. They really listen to your needs, modify workouts if necessary, and provide valuable tips to improve your performance.

The community is also incredibly supportive, and the high fives between workouts help keep you going during the tough ones.

After two months at DRS, I feel stronger both physically and mentally, and I look forward to coming in every day to continue improving.”

“I've been in the same exercise pattern for 3 years now and when I moved offices next to LBX Long Beach, was intrigued by the OTF that's walking distance from my office. I signed up for a complimentary class to give it a try.

I had an amazing experience from the very beginning! Madison welcomed me warmly and got me set up for my first complimentary intro class. The workout was the exact change of pace that i needed. After class, Madison helped me choose a membership that fits my needs and schedule perfectly.

Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by name, and the staff’s friendliness and engagement make me feel right at home. The coaches are incredible – they bring so much energy and motivation to each workout, making sure you push yourself and stay on track with your health and wellness goals.

The gym is always spotless, and the workouts are seriously challenging but so rewarding. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get fit with a supportive team behind you!”

“Wow- this gym is truly the best one we've been to yet (and we've been to quite a few over the years...) the facility is spotless and everyone seems to do their part in keeping it nice. Will is a phenomenal coach- your form seems to be his top priority which is SUCH a nice thing to find- I never feel like I will get injured lifting with his guidance! They have flexible class schedules and an open gym (24/7 for members). We've been going for a month now (my husband and I) and we already feel stronger and are SO stoked on this place! “This review is long overdue, but I highly recommend HOP & Christian to anyone looking to get stronger or just simply looking to get more fit and active. I've been coming to HOP and training with Christian for about 1+ month now and beyond happy with the progress I've made. My main goal this year was to get into deadlifting and there is no better gym for that than HOP with tons of free weights and knowledgeable coaches. I went from not being able to properly do RDLs without my back feeling like it was going to snap, to being able to deadlift close to my body weight and walking away unscathed! I know warehouse gyms are not for everyone but I highly recommend to give HOP a try, they even have a free day pass and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful! *wink wink* Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk today!”

“One of my fav workout classes!! I've always seen/passed by 9Round but never stopped in. Finally had the itch one week to do the intro workout and I had so much fun! It was/is the right amount of punching, sweating and just working out all together. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and encourage me, especially when I'm struggling. I recommend anyone to AT LEAST go for the intro class! I locked myself into a 6 month membership after 3 classes and I'm very excited to continue punching my way along! ?”

“The facility and coaches are great. It was motivating, and I felt so much at home when I was with Red Wolf. A lot of our veterans in the gym and community are always welcoming and sharing equipment with all of us. I feel much more confident now about my fitness capacity, especially since I can see the huge improvement in my performance from my marathon and triathlon sports. Thanks to Caitlin, Matt, Kim, and other coaches for all the great tips and advice when we are doing the workout. Can't wait to become a CrossFitter in the future.”

“Amazing gym!! Lots of space & unique equipment for any type of fitness your into!! I went to the gym here with my friends & we all do different workouts. I do bodybuilding, my friend does powerlifting, and my other friend does Olympic weightlifting & there was something for all of us! And the vibe of the gym tops it off!! 10/10 would recommend!”

“The Neighborhood Gym is a great community. You will feel welcomed from day 1. It is incredibly clean with great coaches. The programming is top notch. If you're looking for a gym where you can get a good workout in and stay healthy, this is the place for you, judgement free zone.
